It looks cute at first glance, but as a number of posters have said - the more you look at it, the worse it gets. Both bedrooms are quite small really, and have zero storage. The bathroom has no window. It has single glazing. AND it's 1/4 house so it will have noise at the back and noise at the side too.
It's basically a glorified flat really, and I have seen caravans with more room. Also it has no private garden ... Just a big dusty straw ridden yard at the front with a hill at the side that would probably cause a lot of water/rain to come into your house/yard/ foundations.
And I know this is a silly question, but where the bloody hell do you put the telly? On the 'video tour' they've got the living room area with the couch facing toward the front door and the stairs, but absolutely nowhere to put the telly.
And there is a little tiny dining area, about the size of a downstairs loo. It would be okay for an Airbnb for somebody to stay in for maybe three to six or seven days. Or a second home/holiday home kind of place, but there's no way I would buy this as my main home.
At a push, I might consider it if I was just on my own. But then I would probably rent it. I wouldn't buy it because of the flood risk, the communal garden, and the 'weird scrubland at the edge of a woodland' thing. AND the fact there is so little storage and room.
As quite a few people have said, it looks like you're going to be sharing your garden, and I don't know where the designated parking spaces are. Or if you have any. Even if it was a third cheaper, like £105,000 thousand or so, (or even half price at £80,000,) I still wouldn't buy it.
It's an OK area, but it's North Wales. No offence meant to anyone living there, but the vast majority of properties in Wales are not worth much. If there were 2 'like for like' properties in North Wales, and say North Shropshire, or North Staffordshire, or Herefordshire, or Worcestershire, the one in North Shropshire or North Staffordshire or Herefordshire or Worcestershire would sell for about 25% to 30% more.
I don't envy the person selling it. The area is OK, but not the house, no...
