Wayfair - it couldn't get worse

I've ordered several things from them and never had an issue. Well, I had problems with a garden set that arrived damaged but they sorted it quickly and told me to keep the damaged (but usable) set as well as the replacement.

I bought some bedroom furniture for Wayfair. It turned out to be cursed. First night I slept in my new bed. I hear a noise outside, went to check the garden, came back inside to find I had put my foot in a dead hedgehog and was wearing it like a slipper. Vic.

I bought a picture at Christmas, it arrived quickly and I love it. The first time I’ve used them, and will again, but by god you get a lot of follow up emails!

Only bought a few things from Wayfair, everything arrived on time, was happy with the quality. Would order from them again.

Never had any issues and the customer service has been fine.

I've never looked because I begrudge having to sign up first!

Always found them very good. Sometimes have stock issues but money is refunded quickly.

Ordered a sofa from Wayfair. When it arrived it was clearly broken before packaging, packaging intact but beams of sofa snapped.

We called them and they sent out a free replacent next day delivery 🤷‍♀️.

Customer service was excellent.

The second sofa was still uncomfortable but that's a lesson in trying before buying.

This really made me laugh after a stressful morning so far.

I've ordered a bed for DD recently, very cheap and so far it is doing the job.... maybe too well as I'm having hell getting her out of it in the morning.....

I ordered a ottoman from them it arrived 2 days late this was the couriers issue but it arrived damaged and bits missing. Wayfair sent a replacement arrived the next day. I had to chase the collection of the damaged one but they eventually picked it up. ( courier issue again! ) Customer service was excellent. Product was great!

Well the desk I bought took way longer to put together than it said but there might be an element of user incompetence there as well :-). Usually they’re fine.

unlike the bed I bought from Next which I ended up gluing together because the pre drilled holes were way too big for the bolts. If we move I’ll have to smash it up with a sledgehammer.

Where I live they're about 3x the price of what other places charge. Bought a desk for DD there about 5 years ago and when it was delivered, they just dumped the (unassembled) heavy thing outside the front door! We had to hire someone to lift it up to her room and assemble it for her. ££££

Sorry but I find them really good. We have ordered a few things over the years and once when we ordered a desk and it was slightly different than the photo when it arrived they collected it and sent a new one next day. When that still wasn’t right they refunded me 20% with no argument

I will never in my life shop at wayfair!

first of all, I think their prices are extortionate and their quality is rubbish! I get better bang for my buck from the likes of Dunelm.

Secondly, they lose your parcels (well Evri does - But Wayfair is still liable!) and they don't even bother to keep you updated.

I ordered a clothes airer and it took months to get response from them about the whereabouts. Their customer service reps don't seem to know what they're doing. It's a mess. I finally received a refund after they realized it was lost. And guess what what comes rocking at my door a few weeks later? The bloody airer!

I want nothing to do with wayfair.

Bought my kitchen chairs and stools from Wayfair, came on time, easy to put together. Have been perfectly fine ever since.

We ordered a few things after Christmas, including this lamp which I'm really pleased with - came in pieces in a small box but was really easy to put together.

We also got a couple of barstools, which even my non-handy DH managed to assemble without help, and a new wool rug. All delivered promptly and efficiently.

Love the chair and the light!

I’ve bought a few things. All were excellent.

the website is vastly superior to most because it lets you filter by dimensions on furniture. Why more sites don’t have that setting I don’t know. It’s why they keep getting my business.

Everything I've ordered from there has been fine and as described.

Both things I've ordered from there - a desk and a bookcase - were delivered quickly, were easy to put together and are good quality. I'm planning to order from them again soon
