We are being outpriced from the lovely arty seaside town where we live.Can anyone suggest somewhere bohemian and lovely where you can get decent sized 3 bed house with garden under £325k?

Definitely Hebden Bridge!

No not Margate, the revitalisation of the town didn't quite take off as hoped. Lots of anti social behaviour, deprivation and schools aren't brilliant. You'll probably find a house within your budget but there'll be a reason for it.

Am in Folkestone, Portsmouth seems like it has a lot going on with the Uni.

You'd get something reasonable in York

Southsea Hants? i must confess i've not lived there but i go there for work a lot and i love the vibe, really low key but a quietly entrepreneurial and interesting demographic
