At least half a dozen dogs, it would be rude not to with gardens like that I’m another one bit bowled over by the houses but I’d put up with them for the land.

Seven years on, many key features are completely unchanged! The bowling alley, the sculpture, the bathroom... even the sofa in the tv room.

Hideous. Naff platform bed, Audrey Hepburn tiles shower and downlighters everywhere. Money cannot buy taste.

I'm not keen on the second one, the style reminds me of the gloomy convent school I went to. Lots of arched or leaded windows, a bit dark, even the wooden staircase looks the same. Good spot to demolish and rebuild, though.

Love the Godalming one in particular.

Its rather devoid of soul. Gorgeous setting and a nice building but if I had the money to buy it, I'd get my interior designer friend to rip the place apart and start again.

Oooh yes, gorgeous cornicing.

I tried zooming in on the discs on the wall of the recording studio in the second one but don't recognise the album cover.
They both look nice, but cold. Unfriendly almost, despite offering all those activities (bowling, swimming, massive dinner parties)

Someone with more money than taste.
