House went live today

Well our house finally went live this afternoon on Rightmove. Massive thank you for all the top tips I found on here and for all the great advice about decluttering and staging. I am very pleased with how it looked in the end and fingers crossed we find a buyer soon.

Omg no way I was looking at this house yesterday (local and I like to have a nosey at what's going on) and I was thinking the garden room could be inspo for our extension that's a cracking cake shop if be screwed if I lived next door haha. Best of luck op it's gorgeous.

Good point re the hoover and will take it down for viewings. Thankfully we do have a big cupboard under the stairs where the the vax and large dyson are stored along with all the cleaning products. We also have a mini utility space in our downstairs loo, where the washing machine is. Along with the big outside store which has the tumble dryer, pizza oven etc.

I'd second all of the comments saying how beautiful your taste is.
Could I be cheeky and ask if the front door is new? It's exactly the style I'm looking for.
I'm sure it'll be snapped up before the Monday viewers get a look in.

UPDATE - We had 5 viewings yesterday and 3 full price offers. 6 new viewings tomorrow and then estate agent is saying best and final offers. I shall keep you updated.

UPDATE - Just accepted off of £467,000 from lovely young couple relocating from Windsor. We had 4 offers in the end including a very strange £475,000 from a man in Hong Kong who wanted to buy it for when he moved back to England - he has never seen it. Totally thrilled and looking forward to the move back to Glasgow now xx

It looks lovely, but bloody hell nearly half a mill for a 3 bed terrace with a tiny garden in Yorkshire - who knew?!

You obviously don't live down south. Around here that buys a not terribly nice, soulless, small 3bed terrace. At best.
