Thank you so much to everyone who gave such incredible feedback on my other thread.

Here are some new photos I've taken myself over the weekend. I think they are a more accurate reflection of our home; are they an improvement on the original listing photos?

Fabulous, what a difference. So much more light and air - keep going with this!

orangespotatoes · 17/10/2021 20:41

Damn- looks like I'm limited to three photos! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I don't know what it was like before but it looks great- light, modern, good colours, no clutter.

CaddieDawg · 17/10/2021 20:45

I remember your post. These pics look a lot bigger and brighter than the ones on the ad!

MuchTooTired · 17/10/2021 20:46

I remember your post - these new pics look so much better, well done!

Lovely property.

Sprig1 · 17/10/2021 20:50

An amazing difference. Well done.

The original photos were terrible. This is a huge improvement! Can you get the estate agent to swap their pics for yours on Rightmove?

Seeingadistance · 17/10/2021 20:51

So much better than the phone the EA took! Theirs made the window in the child's room look like a big grey fridge freezer!

I do think you should change agent.

Seeingadistance · 17/10/2021 20:51

Photos not phone!

Yes, we will be doing just that. Husband had a chat to our agent on the phone yesterday and he said to flick my photos over and he'd swap them out.

We have another 8 weeks with this one before our contract expires and I think we will change after that if we've not got anywhere!

Was yours the flat that had internal windows on the bedrooms? If so, these pictures are sooooo much better OP, well done! You'll be welcoming potential buyers in for viewings in no time!

What a difference! When we sold our last property we went with an agent who takes the best photographs. Honestly they make even dated houses in need of full refurbs, look good! Their houses always sell so quickly. Fingers crossed for you

MilduraS · 17/10/2021 21:32

Huge improvement. How did they manage to make the kids room so dark in the professional photos??

SmallWaistFatFace · 17/10/2021 21:44

Huge improvement!
