Thank you so much to everyone who gave such incredible feedback on my other thread.

Here are some new photos I've taken myself over the weekend. I think they are a more accurate reflection of our home; are they an improvement on the original listing photos?

Oh blimey - it looks like a totally different place. Those first photos were dreadful and I wouldn’t want to have stepped inside. Your photos makes it look like so much better. What a terrible agent!!

Sd352 · 17/10/2021 23:04

Ooh so much better! Well done and all the best for the sale.

friendlycat · 17/10/2021 23:14

The shower room looks soooo much better. The other two as well. It’s rather shocking that you could achieve a better result with your phone than the EAs photographer. But also a sunny bright day has helped.

Well done

callmeadoctor · 17/10/2021 23:27

Fab improvement OP (but think estate agents should knock something of their fee for your pics!!!)

Rrrob · 17/10/2021 23:33

So much better! Well done. I am nosey and want to see the others you’ve taken, but from these I think you have a MUCH better chance of selling quickly.

Viviennemary · 17/10/2021 23:37

They are loads better. Very nice indeed.

user1473878824 · 18/10/2021 00:04

Oh these are much much better OP!

Hathertonhariden · 18/10/2021 00:23

Is that your main seating area? It looks very narrow from that angle and having what looks like a couple of wastepaper baskets as a focal point jars a bit. Would it look better (and is it possible) to have the sofa facing the window with the armchair under the books facing the sofa? Or have some sort of focal point opposite the sofa?

Animood · 18/10/2021 00:49

Can someone link the previous thread?

These are so much better!

WTF475878237NC · 18/10/2021 01:02

Your EA photographer was shit.

PennyWus · 18/10/2021 04:22

Massive improvement. Tell agent you are cross, and you want your property take off Rightmove for a few days then restored. Problem is serious home hunters will just filter on the newest properties, so you could miss a lot of buyers. Good luck.

Lightswitch123 · 18/10/2021 04:25

@Sprig1

An amazing difference. Well done.
Agreed! It looks like a different place altogether. Nice job
maofteens · 18/10/2021 12:38

I don't recall your original post. Your flat looks nice, bright and airy, but I'd move the armchair out a bit at an angle and maybe not have have everything lined up as if all shoved against the wall in your living room.

Your pics are so much better!

beachbabyy · 18/10/2021 13:37

They're so much better! The agent should be embarrassed about their photos.

orangespotatoes · 19/10/2021 13:50

@ShirleyPhallus

Thank you! Fingers crossed we get a few more people through the door. Have asked them to rearrange the order of the pics so the living area ones are first, and remove their bathroom photos too!

Much better photos of the rooms. Good luck with the sale.

WendyYourExcellency · 20/10/2021 07:11

Wow! What a difference - fantastic!

Stickyblue1987 · 20/10/2021 15:43

So much better! The updated description really sells the lifestyle. Good luck!

Verite1 · 20/10/2021 15:58

Wow - I read your first thread. I cannot believe the improvement
