We weren't made aware of this awful next door neighbour I've had to call the police on
It's just me and my daughter and it was supposed to be a new start for us, a good thing. And it's ruined and I wish I'd never moved here please help

I always thought that regardless of police /council involvement you had to declare any issues? This is also the reason why it can be so hard to prove anything in a court case. What is an issue for one person is absolutely fine for another.
