Which Plot help!

we are buying a bee build and are deciding on a plot it’s between 2. (See pic) not sure which side to go for the garden is north facing if that helps! It’s from plot 67 or 66. X

67. The garden to 66 will be much more overlooked

67, definitely.
The number of homes facing into the side of 66 would put me off.

I'd say 67 but would still worry about the footpath

The exact same but flipped

67 for the privacy and you also have more chance of a bit of sun in in the evening.

67 is by far the better plot imo.

Yep, 67 for me. Good luck with the move and everything else OP!

I'd go for 67 rather than 66. The footpath to the left of 67 is a better compromise than 4 houses alongside the right of 66. All the cars going back and forth might get irritating after a while.
