We’re on the cusp of exchange and just had a call to say our buyers buyers have said unless they drop 15k they’re pulling out. We are literally within a day of exchange. I am assuming their solicitor rang to agree completion date so they chucked this in.
The house we’re buying won’t take a drop so here we are in a house that is virtually packed and prob not moving now!!!!
