Love most of the decor, especially that gorgeous wallpaper in the main bedroom.

She has already moved with new beau to six bed with swimming pool, I think she'll be alright unless her Woody Allen poster gives her nightmares
Anyone breaking in - what will they nick - the tacky Ibiza tequila sign?

SequinsandStiIettos · 11/10/2020 15:35

It isn't fair to say that she touted her house on Hello though...journos have gone through her instagram and in the case of Claud, even trawled through youtube for stills. If you want complete privacy, you cannot post pictures of your home anymore - they only need half a dozen for an article.

I love the courtyard bit. It's nice although I'm not into older rural cottage type houses. I think she always comes across as nice.

bibbitybobbitycats · 11/10/2020 15:53

It's so opposite to all the Hinchalikes. I like it a lot. Lots of character.

Suzi888 · 11/10/2020 15:57

Ooooh love a nosey! 🐽🐽
I don’t like it though Grin right on the road! The inside is nice, bit cluttery! Love the log burner.

DumpedOnFromGreatHeight · 11/10/2020 16:01

I love it! Cosy, tasteful in a shabby kind of way. I can't stand pristine, mirrored and grey houses that look like they've come straight out of a Next catalogue.

raspberryk · 11/10/2020 16:21

I absolutely love it!

frogswimming · 11/10/2020 16:26

I love the decor and homely feel. And the colours are gorgeous. It's a bit small though, only one open plan kitchen / lounge / diner?

Standrewsschool · 11/10/2020 16:29

The courtyard is gorgeous, and the kitchen and bedroom wallpaper.

FlippinNoah · 11/10/2020 16:41

I love it, it looks like a friendly, happy home. And the courtyard is gorgeous.

ShirleyPhallus · 11/10/2020 16:43

I love it, so cosy and friendly.

Mark Wright and Michelle are selling their house atm and it’s all grey crushed velvet. This is soooo much nicer.

Interested to know why the poster on page 1 can so confidently attest to it being hers. Zoe, is that you....?!

Chewbecca · 11/10/2020 16:49

Love it all, except would like clearer kitchen worktops.

HotChoc10 · 11/10/2020 17:07

Gorgeous! I will be the one millionth person to say I love the courtyard. For that much money I would want another living room though, one which wasn't off the kitchen.

Viviennemary · 11/10/2020 17:17

Its quite nice but nothing out of the ordinary. And a bit unimpressive from the front. I agree some of the rooms are a bit too cluttered.

EachandEveryone · 11/10/2020 22:04

I love it. How far from Brighton is it?

Xenia · 11/10/2020 23:00

Not my taste outside and in is too cluttered and low ceilinged but interesting to see.

diddl · 12/10/2020 10:21

I'm assuming it's no longer cluttered as ZB has moved out?

Or was it being sold as seen?Grin

EachandEveryone · 12/10/2020 11:26

I think I prefer the old one to the new one www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/12712513/inside-zoe-ball-home-tennis-court-pool/amp/

Bluesheep8 · 12/10/2020 11:37

it came up on Active, that's why I saw it

Yes but you still weren't forced to click on it just because it's on active....

Allmyarseandpeggymartin · 12/10/2020 11:44

It’s gorgeous but very normal - I always expect slebs to live in giant mansions with pools and helicopter pads

TheTurnOfTheScrew · 12/10/2020 11:54

It's lovely. Warm, characterful, and feels personalised. Lots of celeb homes just scream interior decorator with unlimited budget, and seem a bit soulless as a result. From the floor plan it looks like there's maybe bit more house than the photos show, and I'd much prefer a village location than somewhere gated up in the middle of nowhere.

EachandEveryone · 12/10/2020 14:11

I would love to see the new one after she’s decorated it.

BigBadVoodooHat · 13/10/2020 14:39

@WineTastingNotTimeWasting

Genuinely curious as to why you'd want to pry into someone's personal life - it came up on Active, that's why I saw it
How on earth is looking at a house that's for sale and listed online 'prying into someone's personal life'? Confused
unmarkedbythat · 13/10/2020 14:43

I really like that. It's so nice to see a house that hasn't been over tidied and left almost bare, you get a much better idea of what it would be like to live in it. (Although I'm not going to live in that or anything like it without a lotto win!)

Justifiedandquiteold · 13/10/2020 14:48

Fred the Ferret
Exactly! You don't get much for your cash. It's a lovely house but not worth that money!
