If the agents are advertising it as Zoe Ball's home for hits, then fair enough, but I don't get why it is appropriate to link details of a home on a public site urging people to have a nose and naming the celebrity rumoured to own it? Just because someone is in the public eye it doesn't mean they aren't entitled to privacy.
According to the local press, she has already moved to the new house that she's bought, I wouldn't publicise someone's address if they were living there.
