Love most of the decor, especially that gorgeous wallpaper in the main bedroom.

It’s got character!

The other one that come up in the area is lovely, think I'd go for it. When I win the lottery!!

touches a wall

Not what I was expecting. Surprised she lives in a semi. I like the wallpaper but the kitchen worktops are very cluttered. Homely though.

Alexandernevermind · 11/10/2020 08:19

If the agents are advertising it as Zoe Ball's home for hits, then fair enough, but I don't get why it is appropriate to link details of a home on a public site urging people to have a nose and naming the celebrity rumoured to own it? Just because someone is in the public eye it doesn't mean they aren't entitled to privacy.

frumpety · 11/10/2020 08:57

I like the kitchen , it has a homely 'I'll put the kettle on' vibe to it , I don't mind the clutter as I prefer it to the clinical no sign of life look.

Jujuball · 11/10/2020 09:04

I love it! Love the kitchen and the courtyard especially.

Daydreamsinglorioustechnicolor · 11/10/2020 09:16

@SwedishEdith

Is that the only living room - that area behind/above the kitchen/diner? I like it though.
Yeah according to the floor plan it is.
MozzchopsThirty · 11/10/2020 09:37

It's waaay too busy for me, gives me a migraine just looking at the pics

MagicSummer · 11/10/2020 09:42

The kitchen is terribly cluttered.
Love the green velvet sofas!
The garden/courtyard is lovely.

LesLavandes · 11/10/2020 09:49

That is so intrusive to show her home off and comments galore unless it was advertised as her house

PoorMansPaulaRadcliffe · 11/10/2020 09:55

I think that claiming ZB's right to privacy is somehow infringed by looking at EA photos accessible to anyone is one of the craziest things I've heard. I doubt she gives a toss: this is a woman who reportedly had a sex swing front and centre in one of the homes she shared with the Fatboy, ffs. What precisely are we going to learn from these photos? Her favoured brand of marmalade? Valance v. fitted sheets? Do me a favour. ZB lives in this area - that's well-known. The OP has made a deduction. May even be wrong (through I doubt it). Anyone who puts their house up for sale is inviting people to, er, lookat it. A MN'er may even buy it - so many on here seem to be in handsomely remunerated jobs.

MoonJelly · 11/10/2020 10:07

They say there is a grassed area of garden but don't show it. I would be put off by a property that at first glance only has a paved over courtyard outside.

According to the local press, she has already moved to the new house that she's bought, I wouldn't publicise someone's address if they were living there.

Interestingly the kitchen was only featured on the Devol's blog and instagram in August (listed as 'Zoe Ball's kitchen' in the headline, so I really don't think she minds people knowing):

If she only renovated before she sold, she didn't play it super-safe - no bland cabinets and furnishings. I think the Devol photos are a bit better - the kitchen looks less cluttered.

JoJoSM2 · 11/10/2020 13:00

Very charming. I’d love to visit.

Might be quite hard to sell given you enter off the pavement, it’s attached with not much sq footage with a 7-figure price tag.

Lillysnotroses · 11/10/2020 13:06

The front and the back of the house look totally mismatched the front is awful and the back is lovely feels very french.

Inside is not my taste but each to their own.

Xnon · 11/10/2020 13:07

Lovely decor! Expected more of the garden tbh. Not sure why.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 11/10/2020 13:08

Lovely house but she could have decluttered for the photos!

Marisishidinginmyattic · 11/10/2020 13:09

All that money to live directly on the road like that! I know it’s common in places like that but it would drive me mad.

SingleHandSue · 11/10/2020 13:12

That is a gorgeous house! I want to move there immediately.

Nikori · 11/10/2020 13:15

I didn't realise she had a daughter too. I can only imagine the fun times that have gone on in that house.

Velvian · 11/10/2020 13:26

It's beautiful, the house and the garden.

SmudgeButt · 11/10/2020 13:35

Love the garden. hate the zillion cushions.
