Which is the best option?

They are all in a similar part of the city it terms of proximity to motorways and railway stations-Which would you go for and why? One is mine and I want to know how it compares to other properties of the same sizes

Without looking at which one is yours. Number one my favourite, it's near woods too and nothing needs doing.

Number 2 don't like it at all looks pokey and dated but it is near green space so with a bit of work maybe but it needs a LOT of work.

Number 3 the 2nd best house but I'm not massively keen on the location.
