OK so one of these is my house and the other two are my local competition. Tell me which listing you like best and why please!

House A - www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-70700079.html

House B - www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-65804973.html

House C - www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-70677639.html

B
A
C

In order of liking them.

IncrediblySadToo · 10/07/2020 20:44

Lots of A

Garden of B

Frontage of C

Just going to read the thread now 🤣

catsareme14 · 10/07/2020 21:01

Not keen on C , cluttered & a bit untidyI like A

Zenithbear · 10/07/2020 22:07

B is the nicest
I like the decoration, garden and it looks well looked after.

Fennelandlovage · 10/07/2020 22:12

B best sense of light and space but I know nothing about local considerations - parking traffic schools etc which is ultimately why most people buy houses. Good luck

Fennelandlovage · 10/07/2020 22:12

So which is yours op?

Standrewsschool · 10/07/2020 22:18

Dc (aged 18) likes B

A looks prettiest from outside. Don’t like stairs in lounge though.

Think I prefer C though (sorry).

Therefore, B or C for us.

Danglingmod · 10/07/2020 22:22

A has the classiest/most grown up interior but a horrible garden.

C is just horrible and really badly presented.

So B is the best buy but it's a bit more bland/boring than A, for me. I think it would appeal to a young family the most, though, so my opinion is not relevant.

I'm glad B is yours. I think it's the best value.

ScissorsBike · 10/07/2020 22:23

B

Lougle · 10/07/2020 22:31

A in the inside - a cleaner but still homely look.
B on the outside.
C - no.

RainbowMum11 · 10/07/2020 22:35

B although the kitchen seems the smallest.
C could be great but it appears dark & cluttered in the downstairs pic.
No outside space in A would put me off for £10k more.

Can see positives in all 3

A) Less clutter, muted colour scheme and you can move in to straight away. But has a tiny garden.

B) Better house layout and nice garden. However, the outside looks worse than the other two.

C) Looks lovely from the outside. However, the inside is too cluttered and would need 15k spent doing it up.

Sorry its unhelpful OP

Standrewsschool · 10/07/2020 22:36

No takers for C then, so there’s a chance I could bag that one, if I was looking...

onedayinthefuture · 10/07/2020 22:37

Definitely B, outside space is so important.

Honeyroar · 10/07/2020 22:43

B then C then A. Not much between B&C. I’d like A if it had more outside space.

Fettfrett · 10/07/2020 22:43

I would go for B on first impressions, mainly because of the garden but also because the inside has a bit of character.

A seems a bit bland for my taste and the furniture style isn't to my taste so I find it hard to imagine myself there.

C is too cluttered, makes it seem too small and pokey.

Sorry if yours is A or C!

jokerismyfave · 10/07/2020 22:47

House B, most modern (my taste) but yet cosy, small kitchen but cute and best garden.

stanski · 10/07/2020 22:56

B by far

GeorgiaWeLoveYou · 10/07/2020 23:06

C is the best.

The front of A is the nicest but the white-painted brick is dire and the lack of garden is bad. Good sized rooms downstairs though.

The painted exterior of B is bad. But best garden of the three and seems nice and light.

C has lots of potential and exterior is nice. Yes, as a pp said, there is clutter but you have to see beyond decor when buying a house.

whenwillthemadnessend · 10/07/2020 23:09

100% b. A the photographer needs sacking. Awful photos. C the gardens awful and it's too cluttered

dontdillydallytoolong · 10/07/2020 23:13

B

SuperheroBirds · 19/07/2020 12:27

I discounted B immediately because parking seemed to be an issue and the street looked quite closed in/narrow.

I like the fact that C has a toilet upstairs, and the outside space looks more usable than A’s. I also like the fact that in C the stairs don’t come out of the living room.

Without knowing anything more about the area, I’d go with C. But if C is yours (I haven’t read the thread, to avoid spoilers), I would de-clutter and Take some fresher looking photos.

Seeingadistance · 19/07/2020 12:34

B for the garden.

alwayscrashinginthesamecar1 · 19/07/2020 12:42

BAC in that order. But those prices make me very glad I emigrated!
