OK so one of these is my house and the other two are my local competition. Tell me which listing you like best and why please!

House B - www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-65804973.html

B is the prettiest and I thought that before I realised it was yours. The paint colours are lovely and I really like the kitchen.
The bedrooms do look very cramped though, especially with the massive wardrobe, I would be inclined to get a more smaller one.
Upstairs isn't quite as nice as downstairs but I'm sure if you changed a few things it could be, as you have obviously got good taste.

Raella50 · 09/07/2020 17:33

B

IsAnybodyListening · 09/07/2020 17:34

A or B

SecretWitch · 09/07/2020 17:35

I like both A and B. C seems run down.

MerryMarigold · 09/07/2020 17:40

I like decor if A best and it's kerb appeal. Not keen on the astro lawn or the white steps but easily taken care of.

B and C are very cluttered. B didn't even look like beds made properly! Don't like way front door if C opens straight into living room. Not sure if they are smaller but B and C look more cramped possibly because of the clutter around.

HollowTalk · 09/07/2020 17:43

Oh I much preferred B!

What's going on with A's neighbour, with the hedge?

caringcarer · 09/07/2020 17:47

I would chose A. The kitchen looks the best of the 3 and I spend a lot of time in kitchen. The bedrooms both look a good size too. Does not need work doing. I have similar taste in decor so would leave as is.

B, the kitchen looks very poky. I would not buy because of that.

C is similar to A but cheaper. Kitchen looks a bit smaller. I look beyond clutter but this has touch stuff crammed in so makes it look smaller.

I like this game. Which one is yours op?

Comefromaway · 09/07/2020 17:53

B because of the garden. I like some parts of A better but those things could be changed in B. However I would be concerned about parking.

Batqueen · 09/07/2020 17:57

B is my favourite. Much cleaner layout

SociallyDistanced2020 · 09/07/2020 18:07

I prefer B. The garden clinches it. The bathroom of A is great but I choose a garden over a bigger bathroom.
C is definitely the third best.

asparalite · 09/07/2020 18:17

I like your house the best, very nicely presented overall and a good garden too.
Perhaps the kitchen could be decluttered a bit more, worktops and top of cupboards.

Giganticshark · 09/07/2020 18:27

I could never ever live in a house with no upstairs toilet. It's the absolute minimum I need.
So I vote for the one with an 'ensuit'

BewareTheBeardedDragon · 09/07/2020 19:04

Have deliberately not read any other responses before posting. I like house b best, because it feels light and airy, I like the knocked through kitchen diner, and it has a nice garden.

House a is also nice, but doesn't feel so appealing and no pics of garden makes me suspicious.

House c feels dark, the decor is oppressive, and the garden feels small and dark. But the pics on this house don't do it any favours and would benefit from being redone.

ladycarlotta · 09/07/2020 20:46

B is the nicest, both house and garden.
C is a bit of a dog's dinner decor wise but you could fix that, I think I might offer slightly lower on it just because there's more to do to get the house and the garden to the standard the others are already at.
A is perfectly nice except I don't like the extension that cuts a window in half and the old blocked up doorway.

lightlypoached · 09/07/2020 21:11

B prettier, nice garden and layout

drumandthebass · 09/07/2020 21:16

B without a doubt. Its brighter, cleaner, slightly more contemporary but retains that cottage feel.

drumandthebass · 09/07/2020 21:21

How do some of you know which is the OP's house?

FadedRed · 09/07/2020 21:32

B or C, A looks very small and dark.
B is nicer overall, especially the garden, but C had a loo upstairs and that would be a real bonus, especially in the winter nights and if you had small children.

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 10/07/2020 15:29

How do some of you know which is the OP's house

OP said her house was B in her second post.

Chocolatedeficitdisorder · 10/07/2020 18:55

C because of the upstairs toilet. Not having one upstairs would be a no-no for me. There's lots of clutter but that would be gone.

If I could put an upstairs toilet easily in B then that would be my favourite.

rosegoldwatcher · 10/07/2020 19:02

The second house.
It appears to be brighter inside and well cared for.
The garden is far better than the other two.

RainbowBrite1 · 10/07/2020 19:16

I like B it's lovely and bright inside

TicTac80 · 10/07/2020 19:18

Bloody hell, you don’t live far from me at all!!

isthiswalter · 10/07/2020 19:22

I think I prefer B out of them all, good sized rooms and the nicest decor but slightly concerned about parking. Garden is better than A. Not keen on C, some of the decor isn't very nice and I can't imagine why the agent took photos with random clutter around that could have been put away.

HowLongCanICallitBabyWeight · 10/07/2020 20:32

B, they're all quite small, but B is neutral and would be easy to put your taste into. B has the best garden and seems a bit lighter than the others. Downstairs main bathroom is a hard no for me though so I wouldn't view any of them
