Oh I've just seen you're B op, lovely house. 😁

sunshinesupermum · 09/07/2020 16:47

B it's nicely decorated inside and the garden is lovely.

stairway · 09/07/2020 16:48

I preferred B as well. It's the garden really that sets it apart.

steppemum · 09/07/2020 16:48

Oh I didn't see that B was yours! Good.

Smellbellina · 09/07/2020 16:48

C, B, A.

emelsie · 09/07/2020 16:49

B, I like that the front room is separated by a door and the dining room flows more open planned into the kitchen whereas on A the living room is more open plan and the kitchen and dining are separated by a door, also the garden is a major plus point. C looks very tiny and crowded.

Disfordarkchocolate · 09/07/2020 16:50

B, depending on the area.

Justus77 · 09/07/2020 16:50

B

It has got to be B. It looks more appealing.

PopPopPopPopPop · 09/07/2020 16:55

I prefer B too. Nice fresh colours, uncluttered, appealing garden. Agree with your plan to re-take the front shot.

A, they've done a nice job with some tight spaces outside but some room shots are very gloomy and there's a bedroom shot that's offputtingly scruffy. Need to sort the towel in the bathroom too.

C- too cluttered and makes it look very small. Outside space not appealing

Good luck OP!

HoppyHop · 09/07/2020 16:56

I also prefer B but I notice that it has been on market since October 2019 whereas A & B only since the end of May 2020.
I don't know the area at all but what has your feedback been like from your EA? I feel for you, it's been a tricky time to sell having missed the Easter peak time. Hope you sell soon.

Fettuccinecarbonara · 09/07/2020 16:56

House A is beautiful, perfect cottage feel and lovely looking from the outside. Bit concerned that I could see AstroTurf outside. And I’m not sure what the garden is like? Of if there is one.

House B has the nicest garden, but the inside is too modern for my taste

House C is pretty, but inside seems too cluttered making it look smaller; and the garden needs a good jet wash.

Probably house A for me if it has a garden.

bettsbattenburg · 09/07/2020 16:58

House A

Not keen on it being a terrace
has some kerb appeal
the bathroom downstairs is a deal breaker

dislikes:

the very dark hall way
the second sofa having to be under the stairs - the living room must be too small
there is apparently no room for a tv in the living room as it has to be by the window where you can't see it from both sofas and you have to look into the sun
the lack of garden
the astroturf?

likes

the living room fireplace and alcove with book shelves
the wooden floors

House B

Dislikes

busy road
door straight into living room
the narrow kitchen
the garden is overlooked
the cramped bedrooms
the downstairs bathroom

likes

dining room colour
the kitchen units

House C

dislikes

the door into the living room
the lack of garden
the kitchen - I don't like the sink
the lack of garden

likes

it has an upstairs toilet but it's no good being in a bedroom

If I had to view one of them it'd be House B but I wouldn't want to buy any of them unless I was desparate because of the downstairs bathroom.

maddiemookins16mum · 09/07/2020 17:01

B is the ‘best’ despite the front door opening into the lounge, the narrow kitchen and possible parking issues.

midwifeyNC · 09/07/2020 17:01

B

Keepitup · 09/07/2020 17:04

B

bitofasleuth · 09/07/2020 17:05

A doesn't have a proper garden so that would rule it out completely for me. Other than that, I quite like all of them, for different reasons.

moose62 · 09/07/2020 17:06

I much prefer A. It looks uncluttered and almost ready to move into.
B appears much smaller and cluttered.
C looks overstuffed and I don't like the garden or lack of it.

Bigoldwimp · 09/07/2020 17:09

I think your competition is also the three bed at 310. A is the best presented and b is also well presented and has the better garden

Harpischord · 09/07/2020 17:10

B, C, A

Don't actually like A.

You have a nice house OP

cansu · 09/07/2020 17:15

A is the nicest inside and also has the best kerb appeal but has no garden.
Between B and C, I prefer B.

Georgielovespie · 09/07/2020 17:22

B, your house is lovely.

C looks like they didn't know the EA was turning up because why would you present your house the way you live in it day to day? There are photos on the fridge and things piled on wardrobes and hanging on the door of the wardrobe.

The garden for A is too small, no character.

I put my house on here years ago for feedback too. Daunting but I liked the honesty.

Russiandolleyes · 09/07/2020 17:25

B, mainly for the garden

GreyGardens88 · 09/07/2020 17:27

B for me as well, the garden
