The first two in particular are in lovely locations which isn't reflected that well in the listings (but can be seen on satellite map view).

1st.love the garden

bushtailadventures · 24/06/2019 18:12

I like the first one. It looks brighter than the others, and the garden is lovely. I don't like the 4 bed one at all, sorry.

CrispyKipper · 24/06/2019 18:13

1st, again lovely garden. Only thing that would concern me is there doesn't appear to be gas central heating which can be costly if installing or if a gas pipe needs laying.

DrinkSangriaInThePark · 24/06/2019 18:14

First one.

kazza446 · 24/06/2019 18:16

First one!!

Bluntness100 · 24/06/2019 18:18

The first and possibly the second. It has a lovely cottagey feel and could be pretty special.

Nextphonewontbesamsung · 24/06/2019 18:19

The second one although for the love of all that is holy why did they put in mustard yellow framed plastic windows?

The rooms in the third one all seem very cramped.

Clutterbugsmum · 24/06/2019 18:24

1st one looks the best.

3rd one no floor plan so can't see the 'flow' of the house. Also don't like the strange building to the side.

Raera · 24/06/2019 18:25

First one

LarryGreysonsDoor · 24/06/2019 18:27

Second one.
Unless you can afford, and are able to, have central heating put into the first one.

JoJoSM2 · 24/06/2019 18:27

I think the first two are much of a muchness. The last one is ugly outside but the nicest inside and it’s the only one with a bathtub! The garden isn’t great, though...

The decision would depend on refurb budget and what you want out of the location.

isseywithcats · 24/06/2019 18:28

first one all the garden it would be like having your own country park and has the nicest kerb appeal

UpToonGirl · 24/06/2019 18:28

First. Does it have a bath though? Looks like just a shower room on the plan, wouldn't bother me provided there was space to add a bath. I do love a soak!

Heymummee · 24/06/2019 18:28

First one. Good layout, nice and bright, great garden and lots of storage in the outbuilding. Looks like an ideal family home ☺️

CountryRose123 · 24/06/2019 18:29

Yes I think the first is my favourite too, but as @CrispyKipper said, there is no gas supply which puts me off. No. 2 doesn't have mustard windows @Nextphonewontbeasamsung, they're a medium oaky colour in real life Grin

This is the one that got away and it might take me a while to match it Sad :

First house: the interior does look nice, but is the only access to that large garden through the house or is there another way/ right of way not mentioned. If not then imagine the arse ache of having to take everything holdhold and garden related through the sitting room. And the fact there is no gas. Why is it ‘guide price’?
Second house: it’s not clear about access to the rear of the property or parking, but a semi-detached would always win over a terraced house IMO, less noise potential.
Third house: parking?looks smaller but without a floor plan it’s difficult to assess.
My vote is the second house tbh.

CottonSock · 24/06/2019 19:08

1st one by a mile.

sqirrelfriends · 24/06/2019 19:15

First one,

Second seems to be in a beautiful location though but looks like it needs a bit more tlc than the others.

detangler · 24/06/2019 19:20

2nd one. I’d go for a period property any day.

Oblomov19 · 24/06/2019 19:20

1st one, by a country mile.

CountryRose123 · 24/06/2019 19:27

Some interesting responses :)

The first one has been reduced twice, from 295k. I can't believe they aren't making more of the location, it's not at all obvious from the photos how beautifully rural it is!

Really that bothered about the one that got away? It's straight off the pavement so anyone walking or driving past could be a metre from you in the living room... very nicely and neutrally presented, though.

Dualmum · 24/06/2019 19:28

Love the first one

CountryRose123 · 24/06/2019 19:30

Thanks @JoJoSM2 that makes me feel a bit better Grin
It's a tiny lane though not a busy road. It was a lovely house but not to be.
