The first two in particular are in lovely locations which isn't reflected that well in the listings (but can be seen on satellite map view).

I'm sure there's one out there for you, OP. Would take that much to make houses 1 or 2 as nicely presented.

JoJoSM2 · 24/06/2019 19:35

Wouldn't

LikeDolphinsCanSwin · 24/06/2019 19:39

First one. Any chance of getting gas connected?

Ladybythebeach · 24/06/2019 19:40

First one. That garden Grin

bloodywhitecat · 24/06/2019 19:41

2nd one for the cottagey feel and the fact there is only one attached neighbour

mindproject · 24/06/2019 19:46

I think they're all about equal. The first one has the nicest garden. The second one is the nicest from the outside. The third one has the nicest interior.

Personally, I would probably go for the second one because it's easier to change the interior than the exterior and there would be way too much gardening required in the first one.

OhDearGodLookAtThisMess · 24/06/2019 19:53

1st one, hands down.

Definitely not the 2nd one.

Peterpiperpickedwrong · 24/06/2019 20:11

Second one.

BalonzZofloraHernandez · 24/06/2019 20:24

I like the second one, although the listing isn't helped by the slightly drunkard piccies. (Irrelevant, but those squashy black leather sofas look really out of place with the rest of the house's style!)

The first one is nicely presented but being mid-terrace would put me off, personally.

The third one doesn't appeal to me at all, I wouldn't even view it. Personal feeling based on the listing only, of course.

tootiredtospeak · 24/06/2019 21:13

No 1 that garden is amazing

WBWIFE · 24/06/2019 22:14

First

errorofjudgement · 24/06/2019 22:24

Second one, based on the fact it’s at the end of the village so hopefully has a shop park etc within walking distance. Is there room on the side to extend eg a garage?

Mid-terrace and only 4 houses in the area puts me off the first.

carly2803 · 24/06/2019 22:42

1stone. hands down. that garden!!

lovely house!

BubblesBuddy · 25/06/2019 00:54

The first one is larger than the second one. the third one has no room sizes or floor plans. Two bedrooms look tiny and I think they might have been formed from a larger room.

The second one is a semi and could be extended. It could be a lot prettier with white windows. The kitchen is the separated frorooms by the stairs so the kitchen will always be separate. That is why I would extend. The garden is better on the first. I am not keen on the third at all. Kitchen in number two is dated but if you extended this coud be changed.

MollyHuaCha · 25/06/2019 01:10

1st

SleepingStandingUp · 25/06/2019 01:15

1 without hesitation.

2 has more kerb appeal but the inside of 1 is so much nicer. 3 is meh in comparrison

Faez · 25/06/2019 01:34

I'd go for 2 if I could extend, what is the kitchen looking on to?

PatricksRum · 25/06/2019 03:33

If the first didn't have those heaters I'd go with that one, but in light of that I'd go with 3 unless I was doing it up.

blaaake · 25/06/2019 04:07

Personally I'd go for the second, but only if there is an option to extend at the back or side to create a much nicer kitchen

Tadpoletofrog · 25/06/2019 04:19

2nd, wouldn’t want a terraced house.

CountryRose123 · 25/06/2019 06:53

Listing of No. 3 with a different agent, including floor plan (and more drunken pics!!):
www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-79256180.html

Looks like it could be restored to a better proportioned 3 bed.

No.2 is in a very tiny village, lovely pub and park but no shop or anything else. It could be extended, but I doubt we'd have the money left for that (well not for a good few years anyway). Equally we wouldn't have the money to get a gas supply to No.1, which I'm not sure would even be possible.

mysteryfairy · 25/06/2019 07:02

I’d keep looking. Assuming you want a cottage feel 3 is ruled out. 1 has major, for me, disadvantages of no central heating, no bath, too much land... 2 also no bath

LarryGreysonsDoor · 25/06/2019 12:53

Please think very hard before considering number one. I lived for years in a terrace house with storage heaters. I have never been so cold. Hugely expensive to run and they don’t work.

There is a good reason they are selling in the summer.

LeslieKnopeforPM · 25/06/2019 13:00

With regard to number 1 - Why move to the middle of nowhere to then be attached to neighbours on both sides? That would annoy me. I'd keep looking - don't think any are quite perfect for you.

Neet90 · 26/06/2019 23:16

I like the 1st one.
