I love it that house, so really nice parts. Actually think 'if you can't be yourself at home, where can you be?' - I think the owners are quite witty and full of fun.

Some of the lighting is lovely too, holographic lights are quite in at the minute, if vintage, expensive!

I'm not into a couple of the colour choices, and it's missing a pool table. But the kitchen actually made my heart stop for a second.

Beautiful house. Hate beige and brown houses. The rooms here are a great size and the bathrooms are nice. The changes I'd make aren't hard, I'd live to live there.

It was sold barely 2 years ago for £350k and the owner wants to make £200k profit? That's £100k a year!! Is that the Liverpool market!?

I think they've possibly done a lot of renovation.
Previously it was 5 beds and now it's 6/7

New carpet, floor, kitchen. That's most of it.

£50K worth of work max. No way it is worth £200k more.

And just found out they couldn't sell it for £500k last year.

Entire new wooden flooring, that's not cheap
The hot tub outside office room is new too.

Yes those tiles. Already dated.
I think it's far too personal altogether for someone trying to sell.
I just can't believe they have decorated it that way.
It looks 10 years out of date. Fine if this reflects the price.
