Round the corner from me too! I read it as an attempt to be funny. Clearly failed. And yes, lovely houses in Sutton Coldfield for half the price of a London one (smug). I love my big house and reasonable mortgage.

Up here in NW £265k would get you a four/five bed detached with lots of land, out buildings, driveway, double garage etc.

The house in the link maybe a Sutton Coldfield address but it's not a nice part of the area and overlooks a very busy junction.

They must all be on glue in their office if they think that house on Chester Rd is the most desirable area, seriously what are they thinking?!!
