Have they put some weird effect on the pictures?

This ones really really nice!!!

Pipbin · 22/06/2014 20:45

I hope it's some odd effect on the pictures too, if not it's a dreadful paint job.
The lack of window on the front is odd, but other than that it's ok.

Missda · 22/06/2014 20:46

McBear - They are crap aren't they? They haven't photographed half the rooms either.

Pip the photo's are rubbish. The room at the front with a small window is a shower room.

Maybe it a new stylish ea.

From what I've seen, it's advertised as a bungalow?

Missda · 22/06/2014 20:50

Yeah it is but it isn't it's an end terrace.

Well I'd happily live there. Very happily Grin

WhatchaMaCalllit · 23/06/2014 11:19

That's much nicer than the other ones you had posted up asking about.

You could always put a trellis up on the blank wall to the front of the house and grow climbing roses/sweet pea/clematis to take the bare look off that wall.

MadonnaKebab · 23/06/2014 11:31

Does the latest one have the lovely views that the others had?

Missda · 25/06/2014 18:43

Yes it does... we have heard back from EE and we have had our offer of 125000 accepted. This is 20000 lower than asking price. Seeing MBroker tomorrow.

I have just moved into a 3 bed mid terrace postwar ex council house. It is not in as good condition as the ones in your photos but needs no structural work, no major repairs and the redecs will be easy as walls and ceilings are fine. It's in a great area, great views (similar to your no 1) great schools.

£170k cheaper than the same size 1930s semi round the corner with more kerb appeal.

Mid terrace also good for economy. Much better than our previous attractive victorian terrace which was beautiful but cold.

I say go for it! Prop 1 is good, you can't beat good views. Fitted cupboards good kitchen bathroom look in good condition. Not sure what property market is like there but where I am we are at top of market probably so not good to have to do too much work and risk losing the money on next move.
