The 350k thread was interesting but it made me wonder about the cheapest and most expensive houses on offer, so what are they where you live?

Not where I live (not wanting to out myself) but where a friend we visited recently lives.

Cheapest is £15,000 for as bed maisonette flat.

Dearest is £500,000 for a property that has 10 bedrooms & used to be a hotel.
