I just saw this on MSE, it's 70p + £5.99 delivery - I'm not sure whether all orders will be honoured as the stock seems to be stuck at 3 available although you never know - worth a try!

just checked my account and it said " released for dispatch" so am hoping that means i have 2 on the way. will be fab if this is for real

well it's gone from the website this morning so looks like someone is getting a bollacking for a monumental mistake! I hope thy honour the ones that have been ordered though. I'm just going to check the status of the one I ordered last night.

wow, mine says released for dispatch too! do you think we'll actually get these? I missed the ready beds and swing sets so would be thrilled if I get one of the fabled mumsnet bargains!

I think they only have to honour the order if they have actually taken the money from you, so I suppose it depends on whether the cards were charged or not. Might go look into it properly actually.

I don't think legally they do have to honour te orders. Can'tremember what t comes under, but sure this has happened before and legally they are in their right not to fulfil the order.

thre is small print on the site though that says your order constitutes an offer which they then have to accept before it is a contract. Not sure how legal that is, but I don't think they will have to honour it. It's proba case of how many slip through before they notice! On moneysavingforum some numpty has ordered 120, so that will probably put a stop to it.

Well I hope they honour the orders of those who bought one or two. But orders for 120? That's just ridiculous and greedy.

Just checked my account on the Focus site. Both of mine are 'released for despatch' so I haven't given up hope yet.

What's your order status disenchanted? If I get my two, you can have one of mine if yours doesn't go through.

Just seen you ordered yours before me so if you don't get yours I'm unlikely to get mine.

My email states:

Your order details are shown below. We can confirm that your order has now been sent to our warehouse and pending stock availability. You will receive an email once your order has been despatched. Once the order has been despatched you should receive your order within 3 working days.

And when I login for my order status it says:

Released for Despatch

However, I do not believe it will ever arrive!

I just checked Focus' terms and conditions. It says that an order is not deemed as accepted until a second "order preparation confirmation email" is received and the first email is only acknowledgment of order not acceptance.
Has anybody had a second email from them?

It may still go through but I doubt it.

I ordered mine then told a friend about 30 mins later and hers says 'out for dispach' thats not fair! pmsl, i orderedmine first.
