Some items are only available to pick up from store and hardly any stores do this. But.. all in all it's a great offer. There are some really nice winter dresses and jumpers in at the moment.

I've had a dispatch email for my order, which includes both discounts, hope the skirts turn out to be nice!

They don't have to honour the price but if you get a despatch notice then they do. I remember reading that buying online is like you offering an amount and it's only when they send a despatch notice that they have actually accepted the offer.

I read on MSE that the elle code was not supposed to be used in conjunction with any other offer. If that's the case and they want to stick to it then they can.

I do think they need to sort out this stock issue. It's ridiculous and has completely put me off buying from them at all. that is of course except for their outlets!

I've got the code that they gave me. They said that because it wasn't paid for online then they wouldn't honor it. Going to complain on facebook!

No worries, hope at least a few of us managed to get some bargains. I just worked out I saved over £100 - I just hope everything is as expected.

However... I still want a jacket which seems to be impossible to obtain. When I look online it says only available to pick up in store. No stores within about 100 miles have the jacket. Asked in store yesterday and they don't have it in stock and cannot order it in. I give up. Why offer a pick up in store service if so few stores do it and they are not prepared to send items in between stores?

I got a despatch email today 2 jumpers, jeans and gloves for £70 , saved £70 so hopefully they will all be ok , but I assume i can exchange for items of the same value in store if not. Thanks so much for the codes :)

Yes, it needs filling up to look good!! I reckon you can swop them if its the same thing. Im so bad that I think its hardly worth the money to get it back. Do you think it was the full range though? I thought they did more jewellery than the couple of things they had online. My friend bought the cape coat and thinks its gorgeous. I should have thought on and bought some Christmas presents really.

Anyway, Im off to try the trousers back on to try and get used to the length!!

My stuff is coming tomorrow.

I like the delivery company they use - they sent me a text saying "we are delivering between 1pm and 2pm today, if that's not convenient reply 1 for tomorrow or 2 for the day after".

Delivery text very nice. However, I changed the first time -- no option to change when the second delivery went out. They did arrive w/in the first 5 minutes of the hour window.

Tried on two jumper dresses I ordered -- they are not quite right so I will return although when I looked at the low prices I was tempted to keep. But the grey angora one shed all over my tights and I want to spare my furniture.

Snood I got seems lovely. Will try basic black items I received another day didn't want to intermingle with angora I had to go over everything in the vicinity with a lint brush.

My orders came today. Im really happy with them, I got a nice jumper dress and a suit for work which looks fab.

No I think its been stopped by Warehouse, probably because its been used so much!

You now need to call them and provide a reciept number or order number as in theory, you should only be using the code if you got a card with a previous order/purchase. I tried to use it, having actually recieved a card!

oh I see. It must be a glitch that you could use the 2 codes together I guess. A bit like the £10 off £30 spend one that Boden did not limit uses to last year.

Definitely not intended that you could use the two codes together, but if thee leave loopholes they have to expect that people will try to take advantage of them. We played entirely by the rules.

Leopard belt on the other hand very thin and measly. but cant be arsed to send back so will keep, just glad I didn't pay full price
