Some items are only available to pick up from store Hmm and hardly any stores do this. But.. all in all it's a great offer. There are some really nice winter dresses and jumpers in at the moment.

I'm quite excited, ordered the rib collar coat, which I hope will be flattering and the leopard print belt. Am currently losing lots of weight so didn't see any point in ordering any more than that

It was working lastnight, I was too tired to decide if I wanted pink or blue. So had decided to get the pink this AM to find it didn't work! :(

Thats so annoying.

I hope they stand by it as they said they wont take the mone until its despatched. There is a big difference between 35% and 60%.

I made 2 orders from warehouse last night. I set up an account, and was able to log in and check my order details.
This morning I have tried to log in again, and it says that there is no account registered to my email address.

Not looking good!

I was trying to add things to my basket last night and it kept saying something like "this item is no longer in stock" even though they were in white or grey meaning in stock or low stock. I got fed up with it and thought I'd try today. Now those items are suddenly available again but the discounts won't work together.

Maybe they realised late last night so just made things unavailable for a bit before they "fixed" it. Angry

catsareevil I had the same thing with my account suddenly not being available, but I think it's because I was entering my details to place an order rather than opening an account iyswim. I registered an account today and it's working but keeps emptying my basket. I hate it when places do that!

I deflinitely signed up to have an account, it said that it was created, and I even went to the stage of adding an additional phone number, and it saying that it had been updated.

It will be a shame if they dont honour the orders. It was a good deal, but not so good that it didnt cross my mind that it might be a sneaky marketing ploy rather than a definite error, IYSWIM.

Isnt it against the law to do that though?

I got a confirmation email and it said they would take the money out when the goods are despatched. I cant see them being able to go back on their word. Its the same in a shop, theyve got to give you the price on the goods.

Im keeping my fingers crossed. I would have been gutted if I went all the way into town to pick something up and there was no discount. Surely one of the discounts should have been applied?

I've just had a dispatch notice for my belt but not the coat. I ordered separately but ordered coat first, I wonder if they'll honour the belt as it's cheaper and wriggle out of the coat which was more expensive

I could only use the 35% code but still disappointed with the in stock/out of stock fiasco. Happens every time I order so will give up.

I ordered 2 jumpers , jeans, gloves,2 scarves and a bag. Only the jumpers , jeans and gloves were in stock after they took my details. I have checked my account and it seems to be still ok. All that for £70 , only got the super saver delivery though so will have to see if they honour it. Have been sent an email confirming my order with the discounted price on though. Why wouldn't the codes be genuine? The elle 25% discount is on money saver expert and the 35% one is linked to warehouse having their 35th birthday i would imagine.Unless they didn't want you to use them together but they made a mistake as you can't do it now I checked!
