Has anyone had their offers through yet?

No apparently this week

has anyone received theirs yet ?

Not yet! Thought they might have come last week given that Manor Lodge did it on Monday and many decide between both schools

we have received ours on saturday but by enail. No indication at all about how it went on the day! that was the case with all of them so far though !

Sorry do you mean that you have heard back from radlett prep?

I know of someone who heard back from Radlett Prep on Saturday by email. However, I myself have not heard anything.

If we haven’t received offers on Saturday, does that mean we failed?

And to clarify, the person who I know received an email on Saturday was offered a place.

I know someone who got their result by post today. I’ve heard nothing yet by post or email.

We finally received our letter yesterday afternoon. If you still don’t have it @Labowho, don’t worry, it will come!

Does anyone have any recent experiences of Radlett Prep that they can share? We received an offer and it wasn’t our first choice of school infact was our third but we didn’t get an offer from our first choice and we are on waitlist for second choice.

i keep hearing mixed reviews and unsure which direction to go. I know the school is academically strong but some have told me they are quite pushy and as focus is academics you don’t get that well rounded child as you may from other schools. I’ve also heard the homework can be quite excessive is this true?

im not bothered about the facilities not being modern for me its the nuturing and all rounder child as academics isn’t everything!

Perhaps better to join their parents coffee morning next week for all offer receivers and then you can talk to other parents and make the decision

Thank you for the advice. I was pleasantly surprised at their offer morning however still torn as when I speak to parents at the school or others I’m hearing mixed reviews.

also been told they haven’t filled all their spaces and expect further drop outs in January after outcome of nearby through schools. I guess not a bad thing as class sizes would be smaller but wondering why they don’t get a large intake given their academic results

I was going to ask who is taking up their offer.

Already accepted after the offer morning. I like the school, good to know that they are trying to solve the boy heavy problem and now it seems balanced. But I understand some parents still wait for the Habs or other schools assessment day.
