If there is an up-front assessment prior to starting, does it not mean then that her success is based on choosing those children who would pass anyways?

I'm assuming she aims to get children into the Tier 1 schools, Kings, WUS, NLCS etc.....hence why she does the assessment, as kids need to be at a certain level to be be able to pass those exams.

I don’t have a direct experience on a 7+, but there are many reason why a kid should be selected prior a preparation to a 7+. The preparation is intense (brutal is many ways) and not every kids can be ready to go through that. Parents should understand this. You can’t force it. There are kids with dyslexia too

CB2009 · 22/01/2024 13:17

Quite possibly. Which year? No harm in calling her. She will often find space. People drop out. If you don't call her then you will never know ...........................................

Caps1974 · 22/01/2024 13:30
