Name labels - iron-on, sew-in, clip-on, woven or printed?!

Has anyone got recommendations on which are the best type of name labels to buy? I don't fancy sewing but an worried the iron-on ones will fall off, and the clip-on ones will be scratchy....

In case someone stumbles upon this thread: iron-on labels from www.nametagrobot.com will NOT come off.

But it is true, this can be a problem if you want to sell the clothes or give to charity. They are also selling sew-in labels that you can remove when not needed anymore and are very visible.
