I'll be the first to admit that my worst one by far is piles!

Severe hyperemesis to begin with which had me bedridden for 2 months. Get up and about off my sick bed (at 16 weeks) to discover I have very painful SPD and am now on crutches.

I'm not quite 30 weeks so have a long way to go!!

MoleyHole · 19/03/2010 09:17

disturbed sleep and two day headaches make me grumpy...and I'm only 15 weeks!

onebyoneNOTfourbyfour · 19/03/2010 11:21

I'll second the piles!

Also now at 34 weeks am a tad tired of all the kicking and wriggling and head-buts/kicks to my ribs. Will be sooooooooo glad to have my insides back to myself and my baby on the outside!!!

jolouliles · 19/03/2010 11:23

hi all i had bad hips and they really hurt so started doing yoga and paliates and it has helped no end it was recommended by my midwife and i can not believe the difference i am not really into this kind of thing normally i would avoid it like the plague .... but it has worked and i am 100 times better the classes are run for pregnant women so find yourself a class locally and go

arabellaandbaby · 19/03/2010 12:17

Aching hips, really bad morning sickness from weeks 6 to 23 and piles!

tiggz · 19/03/2010 14:25

SPD and feet under my ribs are the most painful, but even more irritating is the number of people who insist on commenting "are you sure you're not having twins?" I may lose the plot with the next person who says it.

hazeyjane · 19/03/2010 14:53

At the moment (24 weeks - 3rd pregnancy) varicose veins, which make my left leg look like an ordanance survey map, and which means that i am going to have heavy duty support stockings until middle of July (pleeease don't let it be a heatwave!).

Also constant vagueness and lightheadedness, and guilt that dd1 and 2 are watching far too much cbeebies and disney.

msmum007 · 19/03/2010 17:02

One of the things I hate most apart from the aches, pains and needing to go to the loo every 5 mins is everybody else thinking they have automatic permission to touch my stomach for a 'feel'! Why? I mean, they wouldn't do it normally would they...?

Robinsonjam · 01/07/2012 02:43

Hyperemesis for 4 months, SPD, sacro-iliac instability, constipation, restless legs, cramps, not sleeping, peeing every hour at night, huuuge bump, guilt over lack of energy for DD, and hardly any sympathy from DH! God I hate being pregnant!

Robinsonjam · 01/07/2012 02:44

But the nausea and vomiting was by far the worst. Never felt so ill in my life!!

MangoHedgehog · 01/07/2012 08:15

Acid reflux leading to tooth abscess

Terrible impatience! (due date Tues)

An awful lot of farting. The other day I was pushing DD1 on the swing in the playground and accidentally farted and the bloke next to me turned and looked Blush. DH pissed himself laughing

whatsoever · 01/07/2012 14:59

Meralgia parasthetica (trapped lateral femeral nerve) in both legs since the start of my pregnancy, but gettign steadily worse. Means I can't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes on a good day, at all on a bad day. It's been incredibly limiting, activity wise.

ontheedgeofwhatever · 01/07/2012 15:36

Where do I start

First trimester - complete exhaustion and constantly sore boobs, constant nausea

Second trimester - endless trips to toilet, exhaustion, anemia

Third trimester - obstetric cholestatsis, painful constipation, vomiting and huge piles, hiccuppy baby keeps waking me up - and I've still got nearly 6 weeks to go until due date thought they may well induce at 38 weeks even that seems forever away

Sobs quietly - can't wait to meet this baby if only to get it out of me

kalidasa · 01/07/2012 17:18

Severe hyperemesis. Started feeling queasy 48 hours after conception (!), hospitalised for the first time at 5 weeks. Totally in bed for three months. Still throwing up every day at 18 weeks. Still in shock at the total devastation of my life/health/job! Hoping it can only improve from here. Had so many horrible side effects from all the drugs I was on but the basic nausea and vomiting was still the worst bit of all.

CapuccinoCannoliLover · 01/07/2012 18:51

I'm 36 weeks this week and am hoping not long to go. This could not be more different to my first pregnancy, which was chilled and glowing, ahem. With this one I am on Ranitidine for severe heartburn and nausea, I have pelvic girdle pain, my boobs have swelled and are strangely itchy, struggling to get comfy in bed and keep waking up with sore hips so tired, swelling in hands and feet, I keep getting cramps in my calves, my hormones are a rollercoaster - happy one minute then crying at the oddest things like finding out Muse have a new album out in September!! I am a fan, but wtf? Blush. Happy days. Smile

StarlightWithAsteroid · 01/07/2012 18:54

Heartburn and indigestion from around week 6. Yuck.

Snowboarder · 01/07/2012 19:40

Here goes...

Horrible piles
Horrible swollen and itchy vagina (think it's vuval varicose veins) Blush
Thrush
Not being able to sleep for above complaints and having to go to the bathroom to secretly scratch myself into agony/ecstasy
One hideously swollen leg

A month today though and it'll all be over!!!

paperclips · 01/07/2012 22:24

So far its my ribs.

I've been really really lucky to get to 28 weeks with no problems, it's been a breeze until now. But just in the last week or so I've started to get really achey ribs. This is the worst thing so far. It's more on the left side and it's front and back. At times has been really painful. Eases off a bit with some paracetamol but today I wanted to cry in the supermarket. Also starting to get backache now, especially if I'm on my feet a lot (got 23 shifts left at work and I do a job where I'm on my feet). I'm also starting to get heartburn/acid indigestion too, so I need to stop overeating which is a bad habit of mine. Constantly needing to wee but only being able to squeeze a few drops out is annoying.

I can tell the third trimester will be the hard one, but on the bright side I do like looking and feeling obviously pregnant.

Clarella · 01/07/2012 22:26

Nipple cheese and wind (so far..... )

signet2012 · 01/07/2012 22:58

First trimester - Constipation... Why does nobody warn you about that! And the following piles as a result of the constipation.

2nd trimester - SPD and heartburn.

3rd Trimester - heartburn and SPD (although it is a load better since I have stopped working)

A moan but not a health complaint is baby is breech at moment, and I was a fat sod chubby before falling pregnant and I still have yet to see any movement on the outside or feel any movement from the outside :( I feel her inside all day, normally booting away in my bum or my cervix but I want to see her move from the outside and she just is not doing it!!! MW said not to worry its probably her position but I feel so disappointed!

Purplehonesty · 01/07/2012 23:12

Heartburn and having to swallow liquorice flavour medicine

Restless legs in bed BUT someone online said put a bar of soap under your fitted sheet by your feet. And wow it worked a treat; I have no idea why it would but it was a brilliant cure!!!

Flickstar · 02/07/2012 05:21

Mine are carpal tunnel syndrome and swollen hands and feet. I feel like a big puffy thing and can't wait for all this retained water to sod off!

MangoHedgehog · 02/07/2012 09:23

oh yes forgot about the chronically itchy tits! very annoying

GnocchiNineDoors · 02/07/2012 09:27

Mine was rib pain. By thirty weeks, I felt like the alien was trying to rio them apart to burst out.

Pure agony for most of the day, every day. Give me contractions again.
