Stupid question about top and tail bowls

My top and tail bowl has 4 compartments. What exactly are they all for?? I assume one is for cotton wool and the other for water, but the other two??

No idea.
I just used a pudding basin and a bag of cotton wool balls.

Never thought about it before.

I never bothered with a top and tail bowl - just did top first!

The 'gadgets' just make it all more complicated.

I think you put water in two parts one for the top and one for the tail? seriously though you will use it once.

Didn't use one either but guess they are for water/cotton wool for face ('top') and bottom ('tail') to keep each separate?

Clean cotton wool, dirty cotton wool, head water, tail water - Good idea, mine only has 2 compartments

Aaaah - that sounds about right. Another useless gadget then, good job it only cost a couple of quid!

Used mine once - dunked baby in sink after that

i my sister told me that she used one side for soapy water and one for plain water to rinse off, and obv washed the top first. Not one side for top and one for tail.

Wow, there are some weird products around! Another kitchen sink washer here. I was always careful to take the washing up out first.

By the time I had my third I even gave up on the kitchen sink and just took him in the shower with me.

LOL at jumper! I'm on DS2 and never quite worked out what the two compartments were for... (Thank goodness I never bought one and just used whatever clean bowl I can get my hands on!) USELESS GADGET, surely only clean cotton ever comes in contact with the water so why the need for two?

do u think maybe separate water for bum and face and separate sponges/cotton wool for both 2?
