I'm in pieces for no real reason. I'm 12 weeks pregnant. Scan tomorrow but with two miscarriages, I'm really terrified something will go wrong,. and work is being really unsopportive and I have no way out.I'm feeling sick all the time, and exhausted. And I asked in laws to watch ds for for an hour tomorrow afternoon so dh can come to scan with me and they said no, so now I'm going to have to go on my own, and I just feel very alone, and not sure how I'm going to cope.

Got I'm so relieved I now feel exhausted. The pregnancy is a week further along than I thought -13 weeks rather than 12, Ds is telling everyone how he saw the baby in mummy;s tummy on the comouter.

Firstly I can understand how scary it is waiting for your 12 week scan after having a miscarriage. I had a miscarriage and in this pregnancy started hysterically crying for no reason as soon as I lay on the table in the 12 weeks scan because I was so scard there was nothing there!! Needless to say all was fine and there was a baby on the screen happily bouncing upside down!! I agree with other posts that this time tomorow you'll be on such a high you'll be wondering why you got yourself so upset!
Agree also that you should just take your DS nad DH in with you? Im sure its not the first time the sonographer will have had a child in the room and if you explain to her that you couldnt get a baby sitter and needed husband with you for support I dont see it being a problem? Good luck and big hugs . . .take your self down to your local shop and treat yourself to a big stack of magazines and a big bar of chocolate to help take your mind off it!!
