I am about to place an order on line for a lot of stuff. Has anybody used Winstanley Pram World or Kiddicare online? Are they reliable - cheapest seems to be Bambino direct, but they are always getting slated on here!

Kiddicare are good IMO

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 16/02/2009 19:26

I have used Kiddicare and always found them to be good.

I know you haven't mentioned them, but don't use Two Left Feet, they are dreaful.

thisisyesterday · 16/02/2009 19:29

have used kiddicare with no probs. they also price-matched another online retailer for me, so worth asking if they'll do that

and definitely, definitely avoid 2 left feet!

Kiddicare are great. I have ordered several things from them. Also needed to repair my Phil & Teds, so drove up to them. Impressive, clean showroom (huge) - not at all the warehouse I had been expecting. They also repaired my pushchair for free, whilst I waited (2 new wheels, completely new brake). Excellent service.

I've used Kiddicare many times and haven't a negative word to say about them. They're cheap and reliable.

heavenstobetsy · 16/02/2009 19:41

LaTrucha · 16/02/2009 19:41

I luurve kiddicare!! Cheap, quick delivery and never had any problems.

mspotatochip · 16/02/2009 20:32

Never any probs with kiddicare

Indith · 16/02/2009 20:36

Another vote for kiddicare, they are very good, quick delivery, text to let you know what time it will be there, good for returns too. We got a highchair ages ago for ds, had it a while before putting it together as we got it before he turned 6 months. The seat was very loose and actually fell through and they took it back no probs, their phone number is really expensive but they took my number and phones me right back.

trixymalixy · 16/02/2009 21:15

I've used both and have had no problems at all.

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 16/02/2009 21:19

Kiddicare amazed me at the speed of delivery - fantastic!

Qally · 16/02/2009 21:38

I've heard great things about kiddicare on here, and have personally had fabulously great service from lullabys.co.uk, in case they beat kiddicare on price for whatever.

Bambino's boss posts fake good reviews on here and apparently threatens customers who post bad ones. Charming, hey.

onepieceofbrusselssprout · 16/02/2009 21:41

Always had good efficient service with Kiddicare. Have never used the other company.

manth1986 · 04/03/2009 23:01

I've used Kiddicare several times throughout my pregnancy in order to by the necessities to prepare for my new arrival! (7 weeks to go!)
Never had any problems with them - Fast delivery and very reliable - smooth transactions too

All i need now is a pram!
I have found the one I like on Kiddicare, but have also found it £50 cheaper on Winstanleys Pram World (and includes the matching car seat!) ... So if anybody has ever used Winstanelys Pram World, I would be very grateful of some feedback...?

another one to vouch for kiddiecare.

we had a car accident 18mths back, and three car seats were damaged.

we ordered new ones the day after the accident

and got three new ones the day after again, with a wonderful discount and a free gift.

cannot fault their service at all!

tigerbump · 05/03/2009 12:28

i helped buy my sisters baby stuff from kiidcare last year about £500 of stuff and excellent customer service, I've placed an order for over £1,200 so as you can see more than happy to use them.

as with all shopping online just remember to buy with a VISA card as you will then have the customer protection

but in short can HIGHLY recommend kiddicare

becksboo · 14/09/2010 14:52

I'm having real problems with company Winstanley Pram World, i ordered a 3 in 1 lux cream wave babystyle pram with white chassis, it was meant to be delivered weeks ago, i've rang up because was told it had come in stock over a week ago and would be delivered with-in 2 days, to be told when i rang up just i am a liar, this is the 3rd call i've had to make to them regarding my order. the lady i spoke to Jenny was appauling and so rude, I'm in two minds to cancel has anybody else had problems and how long did it take to receive your goods in the end.

BikeRunSki · 14/09/2010 14:57

Kiddicare cheap, helpful and reliable, but have also used Winstanley with no probs too.

Kiddicare's couriers also send you a very helpful text message to say when your parcel will be delivered, in 1 hour windows.

Kiddicare are great - used them twice, once for 1st stage car seat (Mothercare were out of stock and not due in until after due date), once for next stage car seat.

Delievry both times was great - as others have said, text when despatched, 1 hour windows. Cheap and reliable - what more can you ask?!

1Catherine1 · 14/09/2010 15:29

Love kiddicare. Delivery is great too. No waiting around all day just the hour they text you and give you. Used them twice already and have picked the pram I want from there. Just saving for it now.
