could i be pregnant

hi all, we have 2 boy's one 5 the other 9 months. want to have another baby and said we'd start trying after xmas. my cycle is average 25 days. last period was 8th nov and we had unprotected sex on the 19th nov. i have worked it out that i was fertile then. is that right? today i have started getting cramps like period pain although period isnt due yet. tummy is really bloated too. would be happy if pregnant, just cant wait. what do u all think?? am i daft??

Hello.

You might be...it depends when you ovulated, everyone has a different cycle so you can't always count on it being mid cycle. But many people are fertile around the time you say, ie 14 days before next period due. (mine was also 25 dayer, so am with you!)

Hope it is - I had cramps a few days before due as well, and was pg x

ahh, i hope so do but also nervous. we will have to wait and see, just wanted other peoples opinions to put my mind at rest.

I don't think you can really tell that early, and no you are not daft!! I am in the 2ww (2 week wait) until af arrives and have been have been feeling like I am pregnant - bloated, heart burn the list goes on, but can't quite decide if its all in my head or not! I really hope I am as had a positive test a few months ago that came to nothing...Have to wait till Thursday to test it is just so hard. I wish you luck!

Just before I found out I was pregnant I had period like pains mildly and a pinkish brown type dischrage (as u sometimes get at the start of your period) and I was convinced it was my period, it wasn't until a wk later the heavy flow that i'd expected the day after the discharge hadn't come that I decided to do a test and found I was actually pregnant. My cycle was also 25 days and if I remember rightly the pains and the discharge came about 10/12 days after the time we believe we possibly had unprotected sex, but having said that baby wasn't planned and we are not 100% sure of our dates but the 12 wk scan fits with what we guessed. thanks everyone. still got the cramping pain but no bleeding, i dont think its in my head as i got the pain and that made me go and work things out date wise. we will see just want to know one way or the other. i a very impatient!!

Yeah sent for some really early tests they use in hospitals. Things is i need to know asap as i am currently on meds that i cant take whilst pregnant so i have stopped them until i know for sure. My skin has broken out in spots this morning whic can also be a early sign for me. fingers crossed xxxx You testing thurs did u say??

Yes Thursday or Friday - Although really don't want to as I will be gutted if its negative. This will be the first one we are trying for and have been off the pill for about 17 months and nothing yet! Except positive test a couple of months ago but no pregnancy!! Will just have to try again next month if I am not.

Really feel like A/F is on its way have cramps and back pain. Although have bad heart burn to at the mo..

The waiting is killing me - I think I am driving my self mad analyzing every symptom.. oh well all part of it i suppose.

i know how you feel, it took us a while with the first and then our second was the same kinda thing as whats happening now, " had a happy accident " at just the right time. we had decided to start trying the next month but had already got caught. this is whats happened this time decided to start trying next months, think thats why we got abit relaxed wih using protection. the one night we didnt use it just happened to be right in my fertile time. Fingers crossed for both of us!!. i ave ordered the tests that are supposed to be better than the shop bought ones. really cheap aswell heard about them on here. we will see, the waiting is doing my heas in. the only symptoms have are the cramping yesterday which seems to have gone now. my skin has developed a million spots, abit tired ( but ha a busy weekend ) and seem to be scoffing alot but i do have times i get like that. oh i dont know!!! i am going crazyyyyyyyyy!!! i need to know like 2 mins after conception not bloody 2 weeks!!!

I know what you mean I have been stuffing my face for the last two weeks but I tend to get like that before Af anyway! A good sign (well I am telling myself it is) is that I fell asleep every night on the sofa last week from about 7 which I haven't done in years - and have a very spotty chin!

It makes me feel a whole load better that others feel like this as well! I think I will get sacked from work soon if I don't get my head straight I keep googleing everything ha ha...

Only a few more days of this madness hopefully.

ahhh my boobs are sore now, not to the touch just aching, never had this before. could it be possible to have these symptoms so early? period isnt due stll next week! just so weird, never had any symptoms with other two until 6 weeks plus. i am confussed!! help me!! arghhhh

Mine are a bit like that, but maybe because I keep poking them to see. From reading the millions of pregnancy comments I see on the net quite a few people have had that as an early sign so it could well be, also they tend to say each pregnancy feels different (which you already know!) Take it as a good sign.

I really think some one should invent something so you can find out straight after the deed!

Still no AF yet - cycles any time from 27 to 32 and tomorrow is cycle day 32. I have everything crossed....... Period cramps I had yesterday have disappeared now to. I so want this

oh cazza my fingers are crossed for you, sprinklebaby dust all over the place!!!!!!!
i have had the cramps when i have been pregnant afew days b4 af is due and then its stopped.
i have sent for some tests they use in hospitals that test early, so we will see. keep me posted how u get on. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Gutted! AF arrived last night, although much lighter then normal (but I think I am just hoping I could be still! Proper head case ha ha) boo hoo.... Well on to another month of trying I suppose its all good fun, and I can have a wine or 3 at the weekend without feeling bad!

Out of interest did you ever have implantation bleeding?

How are you going? Any more symptoms. Still got everything crossed for you hopefully one of us will have some good news. Keep up dating your post!!!

ahhh i am sorry Cazza, but it been lighter is still i good sign. i had implantation bleed with my last one, just like a peiod but lighter and shorter. if its light and shorter than your usual AF and you still have PG symptoms i'd prop still take test to make sure.
My boobs still are sore from time to time but other than that nothing to speak of. i will test early next week if Af doesnt arrive.

Hows things going? What day are you thinking of testing?

Well I had AF for a total of 1 day and its normally 4! Nothing at all Friday. Negative test though so must just be a funny one - althogh my boobs are still really sore! May test again in a week as I just can't help it!

I am hoping you have good news soon.

any news mummy or cazza?? im on cd 32 and i have been having cramps since 4/5 days after ov??? i got a +ive for ov with my persona on day 13 and did the deed plenty round that time but got 2 bfn over the weekend?? could i be testing too early?? today i am exhasuted and really bad constipation - thats about it! ! !

i had a mc last month so trying not to obsess but i dont uderstand why af isnt here! i have had really bad cramps for last 2 weeks and have rused to loo a number of times cos i was sure af had come to visit but still nothing!!!

How many days late are you?

I am sorry to hear about your mc, it is really hard all of this.

I had a really weird AF this month and still have sore boobs been feeling pretty sick today as well. I did a test on Monday which was negative 19dpo. I don't think I am really i think I just really want to be but at the same time i just don't feel right. I think I will get a test tonight and will try in the morning. I have read some post and it takes some people to show a positive test! I think all we can do is keep testing every couple of days. I think it sounds promising for you though.

thasnks but im not hopeful cazza as had two mc now at 5 weeks and i think thast if af is late again but showing as bfn then samething going to happen again! how can you not think about this!!

sorry to jump in here, but wishing i have seen you on a few other threads and thought last time you were late you might have a thyroid problem? I didnt read that you had a mc, if you did have one and i missed it then im sorry, but did you know it can take up to three months for your af to return? so dont worry too much if it doesnt show for a while.....im on cd76!!!!!

Any news from the op?
