If this IS it, it'll be ages before birth story - I'm historically CRAP after having a baby and don't use poot, hardly watch TV, don't even look at a phone etc, plus I'm going to have a few days in lovely MLU in relative peace before coming home! hehe

oh mamaG I posted on MN my waters had gone at 3.15am had the baby at 4.25am and posted on MN at lunchtime that day.

Would have been sooner but DP forbid me from getting out of bed (homebirth) so I was upstairs bored before I convinced him to let me downstairs. He won't "let" me have a laptop I think he knows I would be MNing in bed!

Although a few days peace in hospital does have it's benefits!

Eat laods of lovely fattening food to keep you going and take your mind off it.

Tweak your nips it works honestly. I spent my entire labour tweaking last time, in the end it became a comfortable place to put my hands rather than a functional action iyswim. Good luck and don't forget your scarf.

With my number 3 I was in labour for about 2.5 hours, then she popped out so fast.

Why not try a curry as well as sex. Worked for me (but dont try them at the same time ).

Good idea bout nips. I'm going to log off in a mo, do a quick clean up in case this IS it (don't want my Mum to have to do a load of housework) and then watch a DVD and put my feet up - I usually have long labours so want to rest - if anything PROPER happens and I have to go in, I'll either post on here or text kbear so she can (hope thats ok kbear!)
