I want to know the sex but not tell anyone else... but do I keep it a secret, and what do I say to people?!

This is my 3rd and definitely my last pg, and I would love to be able to say "it's a xxx!"
rather than everyone already knowing.
We already have two boys, so everyone will be asking if it's a girl!
Without lying outright, how can I keep it to myself? I need some smart replies too so everyone will stop asking...

We found out both times and didn't tell anyone*. Dh wasn't mad keen to know but I was very keen as I like to plan and it was useful when buying a few clothes in advance.

*Only the lady who knitted some lovely hats and things was in on the secret because of the choice of colour of the wool. We did have some neutral coloured stuff too.

My mum was quite irritated at not being told but we wanted to keep a little something to ourselves as friends and family knew so much about the pregnancies for medical reasons.

Mum's forgotten her irritation at not being in on the secret now though and she was the first person we called from the hospital so she got to know "first" anyway.

It seems to me it's too much of a hassle to keep it a secret just for the sake of others having about a nanosecond of surprise. I mean, it can only be a girl or a boy and it's not really that much of a deal for anyone else but yourselves.

Now I'll be suspicious of all the contrived reasons people give for not wanting to know the sex. In fact they do, just think it's so interesting to keep it a surprise.
