Ive just found out I’m pregnant and due December.
i was on a group like this in my last pregnancy and everyone was so supportive of eachother. If anyone else would like to join please do.
i know it’s very early days… I’m 3W6D

@Lookingtogrowthefamilytry to remember that it’s the anxiety around having the same tragic thing happen again that has caused you to have the dream, rather than the dream being some kind of omen about this pregnancy. Every pregnancy is unique and this one will have its own story, whatever happens.

That’s a really good way of putting it, thank you @hollyhocks2. Yeah I keep reminding myself that I can’t change anything, and what will be will be. I hadn’t thought of it the way you’ve put it though, and it’s eased my mind massively

No weird dreams for me, but had a few before I tested which was a sign for me too.

Extremely queasy today, think I'm 6 weeks now. Everything makes me feel sick, I'm surviving on plain crackers and smoothies, eating makes me feel sick but as soon as I stop grazing I feel sicker. Nice to have solidarity in the sickness I guess.

Hot chocolate seems to be helping me ladies. Full fat milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, collagen powder. Had it yesterday too and I feel better.

I found out on Tuesday when I was 3 days overdue. I tested yesterday with clear blue digital and got 3+. I have short cycles so think I am further along then LMP due date 15/12. My main symptom is insomnia, I don’t remember having it before and lots of cramping/ stretching. It’s making me quite anxious. I had a weird dream last night that I took a test and it shouted NOT PREGNANT at me

Just found out I’m pregnant. 3 days before period due. Due date calc said 26th December. Fingers crossed it sticks as have had previous loss.

Welcome ladies to those of you just joining. I can’t believe we’re upto Xmas/boxing day due dates already! Eeeeek!

my mum bought me the “ultimate pregnancy sickness gift” from myrtle and Maude.
these ginger gins are saving me at the moment.

6 weeks today! So far my symptoms seem to be mostly pressure in lower stomach ( twinges and sharp muscle reaction if I twist or turn suddenly) bit of sore boobs particularly in the evening, and restless sleep. Luckily the nausea train hasn’t hit yet, but I am sure it is coming.
Still having light spotting from Friday but it has not gotten worse so just accepting it and trying not to worry about it too much! Have my first scan next Saturday- anyone had theirs yet?

hi everyone, currently in clinic with my son, popped to the bathroom and have slight cramping and bleeding when I wiped. In doctors tomorrow but feeling a little nervous and sick now.

Unfortunately it’s tomorrow I’m in with my doctor to get confirmed, I’m in the diabetes clinic with my son so will have to wait it out till 3:30 tomorrow 😔

@Babybuns26that’s of course v stressful, thinking of you and crossing everything.

@Aprahel87i had mine at 6 weeks exactly and saw the proto heartbeat. Hope yours brings you as much as reassurance as possible. Of course the nerves return but I still think it helps. I’ll be seen again next Thursday.

Ooh those ginger boiled sweets look nice. Funny whoever said about hot chocolate. I had a load of chocolate ice-cream today and I thought it would make me feel sick but I feel quite good. I do find more I eat better I feel.... but I've just remembered I didn't take pregncare yet, probably why I'm feeling ok. Not that I ever feel really sick. I tried to get oatcakes but they were sweet. Kids are back at school and relatively recently Monday has been a non work day, me time day. Do not fancy cooking dinner though. Combination of fatigue and not knowing what smells could make me feel sick. I normally like coleslaw, but not yesterday, I think it was the red onion in it. DH generally cooks, he works in a school though so not today. I bought some pizzas for the oven. Really looking forward to them. I will make a salad though now. Today I did an excersise class then mostly lay on the sofa. It's my only propee excersice and because I have time to recover after I will try and keep it up. My legs did feel more wobbly than normal this afternoon

It's a class specificly for mums. I was going to tell the teacher, as she specialises in pregnancy and postpartum, but a lady had her first day back 11 weeks post partum so she was suggesting adjustments for her I followed.

Period is due tomorrow but I got a strong positive on Saturday. I think I’m about 13 days along, which gives a due date of 22 December. Not really had any symptoms so far, however have definitely been more tired than usual.

Feeling pretty anxious about losing this pregnancy, so trying to stay calm - easier said than done!

I decided to bring my early scan forward to tomorrow which is 6.5 weeks. Wanted to wait until 7 weeks to have a better chance of heart beat etc. However, just feeling too nervous and want to know if all is ok. Told my husband this morning g we will find out if I'm having twins and he nearly spat his coffee out 🤣

Good luck Folks. I’m out. Had an early scan and they saw nothing, get a complimentary rescan but I know my dates and I am testing 3+ hcg wise. Waiting for it to pass. I’m glad I had it confirmed as I knew something was off.

I've had a small bit of spotting this afternoon. I think I'm going to ring EPU first thing tomorrow. I'm sure sometimes it's a few days before they'll book you in to scan though :( Don't know if I can take the anxiety that long
