It looks negative to me, but the test looks odd, so take another to be sure, maybe a digital?

PurpleTurtleMoose · 17/02/2026 14:12

I'm not seeing a second line, sorry.

Is that an actual test, or the inside of a digital one?

Hoplittlesbunnieshophophop · 17/02/2026 15:05

Negative and looks like you've pulled apart the test which invalidates it anyway

ToKittyornottoKitty · 17/02/2026 15:39

Negative, and invalid because you’ve torn it apart

TrackIt · 17/02/2026 15:48

You’ve been posting pictures of pretty obviously negative tests for almost a month now. But you never really answer anyone’s questions. Are you trying to conceive? Are you tracking ovulation? When was your last period or when are you due another one? Because you’ve started about 10 threads since the end of January.

It’s not the amount of posts as such it’s because you don’t seem to answer any questions. Most people here will try and help you. Because if you are due on on Sunday, and you have been taking tests all month, most of them will have been pointless. You can only get pregnant at a certain point in your cycle - when you ovulate. For most people with a regular cycle it is about 2 weeks before their period. It then takes another week (roughly) for an embryo to implant. So really it’s only worth taking a test in the week before your period at the earliest (most tests say 6 days before maximum). Obviously if you have an irregular cycle then it’s not as easy. But if you know you are due on on Sunday then the tests you were taking a week ago would have been pointless. If you’re trying to conceive it’s often useful to use ovulation tests so you know exactly when you ovulate. You can’t get a positive pregnancy test at like 2dpo so with ovulation tests you’ll know not to bother until absolute earliest 8-9dpo.

There’s also a conception board with loads of others who are TTC who help each other a lot and can chat etc while trying. If you post there you can find others in the same boat which can often help!

AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:27

This is this mornings one I'm due on Sunday wat do u think mose the test I've done like last cycle were slightly there then I come on my period hopefully this time it's actually positive x

I’m sorry I can’t see a second line with colour on either test. It might just be too early to test.

StrawberriesandBrylcream · 18/02/2026 08:32

Couple of questions:
*Are you tracking ovulation and did you do the deed around your ovulation date
*If you are due on this Sunday, is that one of the early detection tests?

It looks like an indent to me, but ideally wait another 2 days and then test again. Better yet, if you can wait til Sunday/Monday that should be more definitive.

AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:33

Ok thankyou it looks slightly pink in person I think I'm 9dpo or 10dpo xx

StrawberriesandBrylcream · 18/02/2026 08:35

Do you track ovulation though, either by the ovulation test strips or bbt? If not, that will make it much easier to know when to test.

AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:40

I had a misscaridge in October bleed on and of for 2 months had medical management ect but some of that was actully my first period since ive been tracking my ovalation since then we dod the deed so the first cycle I had lines wich were ovisly evap as I come on my period again then this time I did the deed twice wen ovaluting and had some spotting Saturday and I think I'm 9dpo or 10dpo but not sure xx

OP posts:
AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:41

Yea I was doing ovalation tests both times xx

OP posts:
AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:43

My period are back to being regular straight after my misscaridge so I've been tracking my ovalation since before the misscaridge so I hope this time is my time since the misscaridge I've just wanted to get pregnant again so I try make sure I track wen I'm ovaluting xx

I’m sorry for your loss OP Flowers

But I don’t see any lines on your tests. As PP has said they look like they’ve been taken apart, which invalidates the test.

HerosUncle · 18/02/2026 08:49

No second line

AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:50

It looks pink in person bit sooo faint but I think it could be a indent or evap the last pic hopefully il just wait see If my period comes thankyou

OP posts:
TrackIt · 18/02/2026 08:50

Are you pulling the tests apart? Doing that can affect the drying or make the indent line (where the line would be if it was positive) more obvious. It’s better to take photos of it as it looks normally. I know sometimes lines don’t show up as well in photos but honestly pulling them apart doesn’t really help.

PinkFrogss · 18/02/2026 08:58

If you’re struggling to read the lines OP it might be worth waiting for closer to you period is due and taking a digital instead. Takes the ambiguity out of it, but just means waiting a little longer as they’re less sensitive

AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 08:59

Ok thankyou xx

OP posts:
AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 09:00

The line was there before I opend it up jusy rele faint wich makes me think it's not a true positive xx

OP posts:
AmyJane91 · 18/02/2026 09:04

If I edit the pic u see it more but I know they say not to edit pregnancy test pics as it means it's not a true positive xx
