Sorry for your loss
I started TTC age 32. My dismissive, now ex GP finally did a day 21 blood test, said it was normal and I should go and relax! No referral despite me asking.
Took 4yrs to conceive naturally. I had medical management at 12 weeks for TFMR due to patau syndrome.
TTC another 12mths then got pregnant- but MC at 7 weeks that time.
Then pregnant via IVF but MC at 9 weeks- despite seeing a heart beat 2 weeks earlier
Further IVF rounds but didn't get pregnant again
I was working abroad briefly, so paid for tests their and everything was normal- tubes clear, AMH above average for my age, sperm count normal etc etc. Things I tried:
-Read the book 'It starts with an egg'. You can get 2nd hand copies from ebay for a few £'s.
-Other than multivitamins and folic acid, I also took Ubiquinone Coenzyme Q10
-I started DH on lycopene supplement. Its naturally occurring in red fruit/veg, but 'some' studies showed it could help with sperm motility etc
-We both lost weight before the 1st pregnancy, cut back alcohol and DH changed from cigarette smoking to vapes
Others have tried acupuncture, yoga, osteopathy but I never did specifically to TTC.
I did alot of reading during those times and lots of people say 'you are really fertile after a loss' but I actually couldn't find any medical papers to support this. From being on MN years now, it did seem that those than conceived straight away, especially without a period in between, often went on to MC yet again. Obviously, there are some lucky cases, but I do think the body/uterus needs time to fully recover before TTC.
Wishing you the best of luck x
