Im pregnant i just have birth to a baby girl and im expecting another sweet bebe June 2026

Yes, I mean the lochia would have barely stopped by the point she’d have had to have ovulated and conceived again, and if she’s also exclusively breastfeeding it just sounds so, so unlikely. I mean maybe not absolutely impossible, but on balance of probabilities it’s got to be left over HCG isn’t it?!

In any case, you’ll need to give it a week or so, both to trust the pregnancy tests and if still positive, book a scan in that’s got a chance of showing you something.

I’ve tried googling but there doesn’t seem to be anything online about conceiving 2 weeks after giving birth. Every article only seems to say fertility CAN return as early as 4 weeks after. But the OP is saying she conceived 2 weeks (or under) after.

Tbf I got pregnant within a week or so of a miscarriage (d and c) so maybe in principle it’s the same?

That’s probably easier when your base levels of HCG are lower though…a full term live birth will be a bit different.
