Tentatively making this bus, as I don’t think there is one yet. Got the start of my BFP yesterday, and I can see the line developing today. Going to continue to test until AF is due. So far due 2nd Feb 😬 Anyone with me?

Joining as I found out I was pregnant this Sunday just gone. I took 2 tests to make sure - second one was a clear blue that came up saying 2-3 weeks. We have been TTC second baby for 2 months so it was a surprise and I wasn't tracking periods or ovulation window so have no idea on the exact due date only that it should roughly be some time in Feb 26 😂🤦‍♀️

Hi everyone just a quick update.

We had an early scan today I thought I was 6 weeks, turns out I'm 6 weeks 3 days according to the measurements, and they found a little heartbeat.

I had some spotting on the 7th of June that's why we did the early scan. So spotting doesn't always mean something bad.

I can officially say the nausea has kicked in from about the 6th of June, and now I'm beginning to get very tired.

Hey, when should we be getting 2-3 weeks on the clear blue digital tests?

Hey joining as i should be due around 14th! i’m getting anxious as not getting a official dye stealer but have got a 2-3 and dark tests?
previous ectopic so have a scan on the 25th to check position!

Got my 2-3 today (from conception right?) which would make sense as Flo says I am 4 weeks 3 days (I found out at 3weeks 4 days) so feels like everything is moving along nicely, just so undecided on when to book early scan?? 6 weeks or 7 weeks? Does anyone think there’s any benefit to waiting until 7 weeks just to be sure if my dates are off they will be able to check everything they need to, or are they pretty good as being able to check everything even if I go at 6 weeks but I’m actually a bit earlier if Flo is slightly off?

6 weeks sometimes you can’t see a heartbeat at 7 weeks you deffo will and baby will look more like a baby then a blob 🤣

Morning ladies, I’ve woken up crippled with anxiety this morning, convinced something is going to go wrong. I think I’m going to take a break from MN but I’m still in the Facebook group. All of the talk (not in this thread but across the board) about line progression and MMCs etc has sent me into a spiral. I’m questioning every little symptom or non symptom and I can’t cope any more. I have a scan on 26th when I should be 6+5 so I’ll come back and update the outcome then! Take care ladies x

These all look great! I actually was looking back at my pictures of pregnancy tests from when I found out with my first who was a supprise and obviously i had no idea about line progression etc then, and actually had quite a faint line at 5 weeks and only got 1-2 on my clear blue then- and everything was fine!! If that was me now I'd have been so anxious for no reason.
compared to this time i seem to have much darker lines earlier and 2-3 on clear blue but obviously have no idea yet if it will be fine or not! Hope the next two weeks fly by until your scan and all looks good xx

That's great news @Eeebee14! So good when you see a heartbeat.
@WsR my EPU last time wouldn't scan until I was 7 weeks in case there wasn't a heartbeat yet and it can cause more anxiety. I was spotting at the time as well. If you're not sure of the dates I'd wait a little bit to scan if you can.

I’ve booked ours for just over 8 weeks. From 8 weeks if a heartbeat is heard 98%, there’s a chance of the pregnancy continuing. 6 weeks it’s 78%. It’s totally your call, 6 weeks is definitely harder for finding the heartbeat. We picked 8 weeks literally for the confidence that if it’s ok then, we should be ok generally!

I’ve booked one for 6 weeks, it would be lovely to hear a heartbeat but I’m more worried about it being ectopic so I’d rather know sooner than later!

I chased up the MW team after filling out the badgernotes referral thing about 3 weeks ago. I now not only have my booking appt scheduled for the 1st July, but they’ve confirmed I can go straight to the NIPT and the screening MWs called me to ask to phone them next week to arrange a scan so they know for certain when to do the NIPT 🥳. Feels like things are all falling into place, but I’ll be bricking it at the scan, as my previous experience of EPU scans have not been positive…(this time at least I think they’ll have more chance of seeing something, but now I’ll just be paranoid about MMC instead…)

Can I ask you lovely lot if this looks normal? I feel it's still quite light... is it supposed to be at this stage? When will it get darker? The bottom test is from this morning 13dpo. Should I use different tests?

Keep using the same type of tests to compare but they’re getting darker so looks good to me!

Hi, cautiously posting on this thread - my first post ever! As of today I am on 4 weeks 3 days, and got my first BFP last week, which would have been 3/4 days before AF was due. Tested again this morning for extra reassurance (pic below)

The day before AF was due, I did have some light pink spotting, which I’m assuming could have been implantation bleeding.

This is my first ever pregnancy, and I am so anxious and finding the wait even until 6 weeks difficult. We plan to tell my family at around 6 weeks, hoping by that stage we could got an early scan at a private clinic. I have read mixed reviews on here about getting private scans this early, but I think for own sanity this might be best for me!

I self referred at 3 days and 6 days, and within 2 days later I heard back from an appointment. My booking appt and scan has been scheduled for 13 weeks. I thought the booking appt came earlier, so thoughts on this would much appreciated! Extra note - I have epilepsy and although well controlled/medication is not high ask, and taking extra folic acid, I did think this would have been cause to get me in slightly earlier.

I had an ectopic in Feb, I’ve been so anxious this time!! Did you lose a tube? I’ve had 3 scans so far and it’s in the right place with a heartbeat thankfully. The epu offered me blood tests before the scan because I called again after having some back pain which helped reduce my test anxiety 🤣

Where I live the booking appt is between 8-10 weeks so I’m surprised yours is later!

I'm 6w+6 is anyone else struggling with anxiety and crying at the drop of a hat? I've got a scan on Monday morning but I have such a strong intuition it's another MMC. My symptoms haven't disappeared but they have eased off this week. No bleeding or cramps but I can't shake this sense of deep sadness that it's over.

yes i did. Also have had miscarriage since. And to make matters worse im a community midwife ( don’t come for me as we get a lot of hate 🤣but are so overworked and unstaffed )
i try to give my ladies reassurance yet i am my own worse enemy.
I also have under active thyroid and found out this morning my TSH is 7.5 ( should be below 2.5) so now i’m preparing myself for a miscarriage even if it is in the right place :(

i would use a different tests, the first reponse are good as no blue dye run. Or try a clear blue digital x

@Lavenderrose92 @Mads96 thanks for your replies - I will keep using the strip tests to hopefully see them progress and get darker. But I will also pick up some CB digital tests and do those over the weekend. fingers crossed!
