I drank alcohol's free Prosecco at 19 weeks? Is this ok?

Have you drunk alcohol? If not why ask about drinking alcohol?

Are you asking because they usually have trace levels? You’ll be fine, don’t worry. Sadly, people do much worse. Any concerns, give your midwife a call.

Do you mean because it has minor levels of alcohol? A lot of foods actually do, including fruit and bread, so I wouldn't be worried

Pregnancy is an anxious time for some people…especially in the digital age where so much information is available via Dr. Google. It’s extremely difficult to sort through it all. Why shame a mom for asking a simple question? Maybe she’s gotten conflicting information.

To answer your question: your baby is fine, but personally I’d completely abstain during pregnancy just to be safe.

It's not extremely difficult to know that alcohol free drinks are fine in pregnancy.
It's perfectly obvious, without the internet.

And why abstain, to be safe? Do you abstain from shad, and butter and fruit, to be safe?

Perhaps they do have an anxiety disorder. Pregnancy is a very anxious time as it is. I don’t think there’s any reason to be rude or mean about it.

Let’s go with this. What is your question about “drinking in pregnancy”? You would like to not whether it is okay to drink non-alcoholic things in pregnancy? Like water juice tea squash alcohol-free products? Is it okay to drink water? Juice? What do you think ?

You remind me of my mother-in-law, who dries her meat out like a raisin, in the name of being "safe", instead of just using a thermometer and accepting that if all bacteria dies after x minutes at y degrees, cooking it for ten, twenty, thirty minutes longer than it takes to come up to and maintain that temp is not making you "safer".

Okay? I don’t do that. I just don’t want to drink alcohol free drinks while pregnant.
