Hey, I am 6 weeks pregnant on Monday, EDD 29th Dec. Is there anyone else out there around this gestation and fancy starting up a bit of a chat? 😍

I am 6 weeks today, due date December 27th, does anyone else have cramps.. last few days I have and I had a loss at this stage in 2023, I’m terrified everytime I go to the toilet 😖

Yes had lots of period like cramps. It’s very normal did in my first pregnancy too, to the point they took my breath away. Just your uterus stretching but I completely understand the worry and I am so sorry for what happened to you x

How are you all feeling? What are your symptoms like? It feels so long away for a scan!

Thank you, it’s just so scary I went shopping today and went to the toilets as I’m bursting on the toilet constantly I wiped and thought I saw blood just a darkness on the loo roll, maybe the dark lighting in the toilet but it triggered me and I had to leave crying immediately. Haven’t seen any now I’m home but im so worried. Congrats to you 💕

Oh lovely I am sorry. But I promise you now all of us do the same!! Every time I bring the tissue up I squint looking at it then fully open my eyes to look. Constantly checking my underwear for blood. So normal hunni and worsened because of what happened. But lots of positive vibes we are going to be ok and as you get further along it will lessen. Is this your first? Congratulations too Mumma! Xx

Thank you, no this isn’t my 1st I had my children when I was alot younger, they are all teens now I’m 41 which adds to my stress, So hard to remember what’s normal, I probably didn’t take notice the other times but since my loss it’s just horrific, I really want this baby, but I’m petrified I have another loss. If this your first?

No I completely understand. I had an early loss last May, it was a long story but I was so devastated by it even though it was so early. So I am also anxious this time around. Completely relate to what you’re saying. No, this is my second. My little boy is 5 🥰

Sweet 5 is a good age, hopefully things are good for both of us.

Oh goodness hun, but remember it can also be several different things not the worst case scenario. Easy for me to say but I had bleeding in my previous pregnancy and it was ok. Am here if you need to talk to someone xx

Thank you ♥️ I just feel so devastated how can this seriously happen on the exact same say as last time!!! And the nurse from the EMU was like oh it will be fine it’s normal, make sure to book in with your midwife for routine bloods and a scan date 😞😞😞😞 like I’ll ever get that far

What is the bleeding like? Could you get in somewhere for private scan next week?

That seems very heartless of them to address it like that, as if the person would not be worried sick

There’s a place near me I can get one on Friday, I think I’ll call back tomorrow and say I need a scan she just kept saying it sounds normal.. how?! I told her it was like my loss in 23 and she didn’t say anything, my cramps have been on/off all day but seem less now, I’ve put a pad in and there’s blood when I wipe but not much on the pad, unless it’s cause it’s the start and it will get worse 😞😞😞 im just so sad.

Yes I find that strange how she is being so dismissive. I definitely think call back tomorrow and ask for the scan. That is like the bleeding I had, it was only when I wiped not on the pad. I will hold you in my thoughts hun and pray that it is something and nothing. I will check in tomorrow but please feel free to message if you want to xx

Also around 6 weeks pregnant. I still don't really feel like I am pregnant but the tiredness, boob aches, a few cramps are all starting now.
