Subchorionic hematoma, does this sound like one?

Hello, I'm almost 9 weeks pregnant by my dates from first day of last period.
Last Tuesday I started bleeding, I wouldn't call it spotting, it was about similar to the last few days of period, bright red blood.
It's not let up since, it's been a week.
There has been the odd couple of hours where it's almost nothing, odd couple of hours it's heavier.
Two clots over the past 5 days, I only checked one but it didn't appear to be only blood to me, it was the size of my little finger.
Some cramping but nothing more than a tame period type pain and that's only been a couple of times.

I was scanned last Tuesday where a heartbeat was seen but baby was measuring a week or so smaller than expected.
I was scanned again last Thursday and heartbeat was still there, similar measurement as it was only two days later.

Due to the clots I'm due to be scanned again on Thursday this week (2 days time).

In the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone has had similar before? Good or bad endings.

The more I'm researching, the more it seems symptoms of a subchorionic hematoma, but this wasn't mentioned at the scan so obviously wasn't seen.

I had a miscarriage last year and it was completely different. I started bleeding in the morning and by evening I was in A&E, unmistakeably losing the baby. This is just so different and I'm at a bit of a loss.

Any help/advice/experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Did they mention you had a hemotoma on the scan? They can usually see it I think

Did you lose your last thread? https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/pregnancy/5287146-subchorionic-hematoma-could-this-be-one

I would be less worried about the bleeding OP and more concerned about the fact that they dated you 2 weeks behind as that's quite a lot. Are you certain of your dates (did you track ovulation or just go on LMP)?
