Hi ladies
What do we think of this? Is this a false positive My period is due on Sunday? Any help

I’d say positive, the line looks thick and still faint as before period due!

But my period is due on Sunday so how does this make sense I've been trying for so long to get pregnant and all I had was false positive:(

What is it that you're concerned about? That line is pretty standard for a cheapy test a couple of days before period is due.

Did the line come up within the stated test timeframe?

It came on straight away I had my period on the 19 to the 23 of January and ovulation 3-11 February

Looks positive to me too! If your fertile period ended on the 11/2, then the least amount of DPO you'd be is 10, which is coming into 'early testing giving real positives' territory! So I'd be cautiously hopeful here. Best thing to do is wait now until your period is due and test again. Sending baby dust! X

Tentative congratulations OP.

Give it 48 hours to allow the hcg to increase then retest. Hopefully you will see a thicker, clearer line

Morning I done a test this morning and this is what it looks like it's very very very faint but hopeful 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼going to wait for my period

That's great OP, you'd be very unlucky to have that many evaps in a row. Is your want to take take yourself get a FRER or a boots early results test- I bet the line will be much stronger!

I'm going into town and will buy one 🤞🏼 I haven't had any implantation bleeding just cramps but thinking it's to do with my period :(

I didn’t have implantation bleeding with my pregnancy either, I had some cramps so thought my period was coming. It took a while to get good line progression and doubled around every 48 hours but there was sometimes a lag - but remember (as I was always told but ignored!), these tests aren’t designed to identify line progression, only positive/negative!

I found first response the best for early testing and line progression, the cheaper ones took ages to darken. Good luck!

Agree with everything @Nifler has said above. I know (and also ignore) the advice not to keep testing. If you're going to, definitely get some better tests as the cheap ones will drive you nuts!

These 2 tests were from Sainsbury's own brand it says on the packet you can test 5 days early 🤷🏼‍♀️idk I had so many false negative that I don't really know what to think I think what wait and see if my period comes

The lines are fanit tho and my period is due tomorrow🤷🏼‍♀️so how many days/weeks would I be.. i had so many false positives and the next day if I tested it would be negative but not today I'm surprised I had a faint positive this morning and now I'm really really hoping this is true as we have been trying for 5 years❤️ I really appreciate your laddies help

Looks good! Congratulations lovely. So if your period is due tomorrow, if you have a standard 14 day luteal phase then technically you'd be 13 days past ovulation today. When had son, I tested day period was due and the day after. Both negative, these were boots own tests. I didn't test again for another week because I definitely assumed I was out. So I was a week late before a very very very strong positive and that was on a first response. But I don't know at what point over that week I could have got a positive. Or if I'd used first response straight away I'd have got the positive on the day my period was due. Hope that helps with the faint line thing! X
