I wasn't sick on any of my pregnancies (2 dc, 1 angel), but the feeling of wanting to be sick was 24/7 from about 5 weeks to 10 weeks. Then disappeared.

Starshine8 · 23/10/2024 16:43

Mine started bang on 6 weeks and lasted until about 14 weeks

Devilsmommy · 23/10/2024 16:45

From about 5 weeks and it lasted the whole pregnancy 😭

Blue2020 · 23/10/2024 17:14

With my son it started at 7 weeks through to 14 weeks. No nausea just sick in the morning.

Im now 14 weeks pregnant and I was sick twice a week from week 4 this time. 24/7 nausea started about 6 weeks. By 8.5 weeks I had a day that was intense- non stop sick and nausea and then it completely stopped. I did have a chest infection from 9-11 weeks where I was sick daily but it was coughing/phlegm as the main cause. I think my morning sickness ended at 8.5 but I won’t truly know due to the illness.

First pregnancy it started at 7+ weeks, second pregnancy was earlier, more like 5 weeks and more severe (both girls).

My mum had 4 kids and had no sickness with any of us so it really is different for everyone.

junebirthdaygirl · 24/10/2024 04:44

Getting sick at 5 weeks on all three. The actual getting sick a few times a day stopped at around 16 weeks but the nausea/ horrible feeling lasted to full term each time. I barely knew l was pregnant when l got sick.

I'm 8w3d now and I've had very little morning sickness. Hoping it stays that way. I've had waves of nausea here and there but nothing crazy. My main symptom has been tiredness.

Bewildened · 24/10/2024 06:24

DC1 no sickness at all (boy)
DC2 all day nausea from 6-14 weeks (girl)
DC3 all day nausea from 5 weeks, currently 7 weeks.

romdowa · 24/10/2024 06:25

Before I'd missed my period with my son and the same now with my current pregnancy 😪😪I'm very sensitive to hormones apparently

Superscientist · 24/10/2024 09:07

Pregnancy 1 5-6 weeks until 12-13 weeks then the odd week in the second trimester then 26-36 weeks, baby born at 38 weeks
Pregnancy 2 5-6 weeks worse than pregnancy 1 and the nausea continued for a week after my miscarriage at 10 weeks

lethisbetheone · 24/10/2024 12:28

I didn't have any sickness in my first or second pregnancy. This is my 3rd pregnancy and totally different. Have had 24/7 nausea from 7 weeks onwards and started being sick from 18 weeks and there is no end in sight 😂😩
I’m now 27 weeks.

Tadpolecat · 24/10/2024 12:29

Never had it with DS. Worst symptom I had was gagging when I brushed my teeth. I was lucky!

MrsSkylerWhite · 24/10/2024 12:30

Really early both times, second time a couple of weeks before I realised.

howluckyami25 · 24/10/2024 18:48

Thank you all, what other symptoms did you have ?
I think ( although I could be imaging it 🙈 ) I've had the start of feeling sick xx

About 6 weeks in.

Hellskitchen24 · 24/10/2024 19:01

7 weeks. 12 weeks today and still suffering.

tellmeitsnotjustme12 · 24/10/2024 19:05

Bang on 6 weeks together with increased smell for both pregnancies. Lasted strongly until about 20 weeks but still had occasional sickness e.g if anybody farted, I had to empty the bin, change DC1 nappy and it was a bad one etc right up until I delivered, was horrid. Also the gagging when brushing teeth which lasted for breastfeeding too unfortunately and I’ve been left with a strong gag reflex.

MamaBear2210T · 24/10/2024 19:15

6 weeks exactly till 16+5 - boy

Theoldcuriosityshop · 24/10/2024 19:26

No, no sickness, didn't even feel sick, one of the lucky ones.

RedRobyn2021 · 24/10/2024 19:27

6 weeks

sheldonRockz · 24/10/2024 19:29

First pregnancy, I didn’t realise I was pregnant, but working back, I started feeling nauseous around 6/7weeks.

boscobear · 24/10/2024 19:32

From 5 weeks to 19 weeks, I felt sick constantly from the minute I opened my eyes, was sick a few times a day and was up every so often in the night to be sick too. I never had anything with my first at all so it was a shock, never really had symptoms as such, it just kind of hit me like a brick.

Cotswoldmama · 24/10/2024 19:32

With my first son bang on 6 weeks until 10/11 weeks and lots of food aversions that lasted the whole pregnancy, with my second no sickness or symptoms at all.

jellybe · 24/10/2024 19:32

First I had none not even a whiff of feeling nauseous. Second I felt awful from about 6-14 weeks third it started before I even knew I was pregnant thought I had a bug 🤦‍♀️that sickness lasted on and off until about 30 weeks.

addictedtotheflats · 24/10/2024 19:33

Wasn't sick with either. Had food aversions with both and some nausea but it was manageable
