I have found out VERY early that I am pregnant and due early June (I am only 10dpo today) and found out yesterday I am pregnant (22 Sept)

Wanted to start this thread for those of you who have also just found out :) I found the thread when I was pregnant with my son super helpful!

I'm Lexie, 32, have a 14 month old son so am just squeezing in 2 under 2 :)

I'm tentatively joining. Got my positive at 10dpo 2 days ago. I've had two miscarriages before this one so am nervous to think this will work out this time. I have a 5 year old son. I also had two miscarriages before conceiving him and had an unproblematic pregnancy. So I know it can happen. I would be due on or around the 11th of June! X

Hello! Just wondering if you were still thinking about a Facebook group or there was already one? If so I'd love to join. I'm still in one for my 2021 pregnancy and it's so handy. I'm trying not to join anymore Whatsapp groups as my notifications are a bit out of control 🙈

@JunkJane when I was pregnant with my son I didn't get a positive until 12dpo and it was extremely faint at that! Congrats 😄

@Chaz693 will you be on progesterone or anything for this pregnancy? Worthwhile asking if you've had 2 losses already. Iv had 2 miscarriages and 1 chemical, done IVF for this pregnancy and I'm on lots of progesterone , steroids and aspirin, so hoping it sticks!

I'm not under anyone for my miscarriages as where I'm from they won't refer me till I've had 3 recurrent miscarriages. Which I haven't had as I had my son in between. Im not sure how I'd go about getting progesterone? Could I go to my gp about it? X

@Chaz693 you could, if you look up the tommys website they have guidelines on it and a page you can bring to your GP. Depends on your doc tho, I know mine was so unhelpful as he didn't know enough about it! I ended up paying privately to see a consultant after my second loss just to get the prescription but apart from a chemical I wasn't able to get pregnant for a year and a half then! 😩 you might be ok tho if you've had your son inbetween maybe shows your progesterone level is ok!

Thank you! I may just make an appointment and see what they say. My normal gp is use to me coming in and asking for referrals for my son. So I'm sure this time he can maybe at least refer me to the epu for an early scan to make sure everything is going okay or for blood work to check my levels x

@Chaz693 yea that sounds great! Peace of mind too 🙏 I'm in to the EPU Friday week and can't come quick enough! Every pulling sensation etc I'm thinking the worst 🙈 xx

Yeah that's what I think. My last miscarriage the nurse said to me that next time I find out I'm pregnant to get a referral to them and they should be able to do my bloods and give me an early scan in hopes that I can have a healthy pregnancy! I'm so early right now that I know there's not much I can do. Only thing reassuring me is my tests getting darker! Know it doesn't mean it will work out but for right now gives me some peace x

I've also had 2 miscarriages before this pregnancy so I know exactly how you ladies are feeling. I have already convinced myself this pregnancy won't work out 😞 I'm on progesterone and aspirin this time so really hoping that makes a difference. X

I called my gp for some advice on the cramps/backache/small brown discharge last night and they have referred me to the EPU for an early scan next Tuesday to make sure no ectopic as some pain today has been on left side. 🤞🏼 I think it will be to early to see anything but thankful for an appointment

@Adventureandlight I haven’t yet! I was waiting to see if someone else did 😂 I’ll give it another week when I’m 6w and I may make one then!

Hi. Can I tentatively join? BFP this evening. 16dpo. I’ll be 39 in two weeks! I have a 9 year old daughter with my ex who we very amicably coparent. My husband and I began TTC last November. Required bromocriptine for a very high prolactin and 8 weeks later I’ve a BFP. Shocked, cautiously excited but very nervous. Due date 9th June. Congrats to all you ladies x

Morning all! Tentatively joining as I feel in complete shock. Had a mmc in July and we agreed we would try for one more cycle and call it a day. Wasn’t expecting to conceive so had started to talk myself round to accepting what we have, which is 2 lovely kids aged 6 and 3.

But I guess we are having dc3 after all?! EDD 11 June and I think I’m 14dpo today. Already feel exhausted and nauseous which is the earliest I’ve ever had symptoms. I’m also 37 and wondering if I can do this all again?!

Hi ladies, just checking back in... Hope everyone is ok ♥️ I tested again this morning after leaving it TWO WHOLE DAYS 😂 (honestly, obsessed isn't the word) according to my LMP and cycle days etc, I'm 5 weeks now... I'm going to go mad this time round I'm sure of it!! We're thinking of booking a private scan for 3 weeks time. I've got my dating scan through, at the end of November, but nothing for a booking appointment yet.

I just referred myself yesterday as the GP said to do it ASAP so hopefully will hear soon, yikes I forgot how in limbo and slow it is at the beginning with all the anxiety!

I agree I hate this limbo at the start, it's such a long few weeks the first trimester 😩 I do have an app Friday week so looking forward to that! Had bloods done again yest to measure hcg so I'm hoping to see they have like tripled from last Wednesday! 🤞🏻🙏
I have like no symptoms, apart from tiredness and I can't stop eating! Sore boobs but they come and go 😂

How are you all getting bloods. I’ve been given an apt first one at 9weeks with midwife only and no other tests etc till then. Feel bit alone till then.

@Panda101x it was the same with my first pregnancy except I booked an early private scan at just over 7w. I think unless you’ve had any previous issues or any bleeding they do leave you to it

@Panda101x my clinic offered the first set as it was IVF but I just paid at my local docs for bloods test

I got a 3+ on a digital this morning at 18dpo (I think)
Still no symptoms, I deffo felt awful by this point with my first!

Woke up to brown blood when I wipe. I know it could be implantation but this is how all my other miscarriages started. I'm just hoping it is just implantation as I was due on yesterday so I know that that's when you normally get implantation bleeding. My tests still look really strong. God this is rollercoaster.
