Concerned I'm having an ectopic

Hi everyone

Found out I'm pregnant at exactly 3 weeks. I'm now 4w2d.

Since I got a positive test, I've had some brown bleeding, some pink and red bleeding on and off, not enough to fill a pad, just smears when I wipe.

Tests are more or less staying the same, not much progression.

I've had multiple miscarriages and endo, EPU asked me in for a scan and bloods yesterday.

As expected, nothing could be seen on scan other than a thickened womb lining. She did note a little lump on the end of my tube, not consistent with an ectopic.

My HCG came back at 108 and progesterone 30.1, I have repeat bloods tomorrow (48 hours after initial bloods) to check they are doubling.

Lines one minute get a little lighter then darker again then lighter yet again. Not much difference in them to be honest but with my 1yo DD they got consistently darker.

I have a gut feeling that something isn't right and I have anxiety anyway.

Does anyone have any similar stories?

Hi, i don't want to worry you but my slow line progression ended up being a pregnancy of unknown location and an ectopic which i had methotrexate for a week ago.

Like you my gut told me something wasnt right even when my GP and everyone else said i was just being paranoid.

I really hope this isn't an ectopic for you but know if its you are under EPU care early enough for them to catch it.

I posted my line progression a few weeks ago if you want to see it

So sorry for your loss and experiencing an ectopic 💐

I really think I am having one, I'm dizzy, have constant upset stomach and the tests are sending alarm bells.

Hopefully bloods give me more clarity tomorrow, thank you for taking the time to reply. xx
