Tis my third baby

Others were PMN*

I find myself reading pg and childbirth threads - and baby names threads

I'm becoming obsessed and thought I was waaay too cool for that malarkey

Oh well, at least I haven't joined an ante natal thread

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
constancereader · 11/04/2008 12:13

ooh - me too. My first ds was PMN.
I was very judgy when baby names appeared, and now I find myself POSTING.

bobsmum · 11/04/2008 12:19

Me too - on no 3 (due in a week or so)

Ds was 8 months by the time I started posting regularly and I was in the middle of moving house with dd.

Baby names threads are my secret vice - always feel a bit soiled afterwards

MrsBadger · 11/04/2008 12:21

the antenatal threads are worth dipping in and out of if only so you find out which other oldies MNers are due at the same time

belgo · 11/04/2008 12:24

I know the feeling MamaG.

Hey MamaG, there are loads of people due in November - apparently

MamaG · 11/04/2008 21:04

Glad to see I'm not alone!

Oh many congratulations MamaG. I had no idea. Relax and enjoy your obsessions with such things as it is exclusive and transient therefore precious.Enjoy....

ladytophamhatt · 11/04/2008 21:11

I got 2 PMN babies and 2 MN babies.

I much prefer the MN pregnancies, all these lovely sympathetic mums to come and ease your worries and woes.

whomovedmychocolate · 11/04/2008 21:23

Ah MamaG I'm sorry but every time I see your name I think of the tick you had and smile. So it's nice to see you commenting on something other than crawly things

MamaG · 11/04/2008 21:24

I'll never forget that tick

Yes, I'll be glad of the support if I'm worried about anything, I'm sure.

My boobies HURT this time round and I'm supposedly only 11 weeks and quite bumpy already.

MamaG · 11/04/2008 21:27

ooooh I'm 11 weeks tomorrow expat! I can feel a definite bump (is this your 3rd too?) but luckly my boobs have just stopped hurting

OP posts:
expatinscotland · 11/04/2008 21:29

scan showed 9 weeks a fortnight ago today, but nuchal scan is next week so they'll be able to tell better with that.

i'm not 100% sure as had the one cycle after ERPC, but it was a loooonnng cycle.

my boobs were veiny with DD2, but this time, they're really veiny.

now i remember how i started leaking even before she was born!

MamaG · 11/04/2008 21:30

i never got huge tits.

they went down a cup size after i weaned DD2.

i blame hunker and mears .

Oblomov · 11/04/2008 21:39

I only joined Mn when ds was a few months old. So have never been part of ante before. God, I am shocked , I can't seem to post enough.

NorthernLurker · 11/04/2008 21:45

I joined when dd3 was afew months old as well having been lurking for a yearsome time before that. I think the whole ante-natal/post-natal threads thing is just brilliant. It's so reassuring and rewarding to share your journey with others a bit like you - you all have the babies in common

Oblomov · 11/04/2008 21:53

Expat, MamaG, what is your due date ?

dewmeadow · 11/04/2008 21:55

congrats ladies!!

Expat - my no3, I definitely was a wee bit bumpy around 8or 9 weeks.

Im still broody, and as you can see, lurking on many baby threads. How sad is that?

expatinscotland · 11/04/2008 21:56

31 October, Ob.

How's YOU, btw??!!!
