Little about me I'm 34 nearly 35 DH 39 nearly 4

TTC for 3 months, My rainbow baby after a loss at 18 at 6/7 weeks

I'm from a town called Dagenham in the UK

Can chat about anything you like or if you feel you need to vent lol

Any idea about heart beat? If not I might book a 9 week one aswell.
I've got a sneak peek dna test to see if it's a boy or girl which you can do from 6 weeks. But my 6 week 1 day scan is mostly for dating and to see how many babies as twins run in the family.

How many weeks can you detect a baby's heartbeat?
Before about week 8 of pregnancy, a doctor may refer to the fetus as an embryo. Cardiac tissue starts to pulse at around 5–6 weeks of pregnancy, registering as a heartbeat on the ultrasound, though the heart has not developed yet.

They told me to come back 2 weeks so did 24th of April day ill be 8 weeks so hopefully see everything then too.

Hey girls, thought I’d give you an update, think this is the end of the road for me, I’m not bleeding but I’m in quite abit of pain, pregnancy test has dropped this morning to 2-3, I still have all the symptoms, rang 111 to see if they can assist me in anyway but didn’t seem bothered in the slightest. Just got to wait for the drs to open and hopefully get a scan to confirm but I’m more then sure it’s not heading in the right direction :-( I wish you all the best with your pregnancy’s xx

Easier said than done but try and stay calm. Have you registered with the midwife yet? If so you can call them up and ask for a referral to EPU for a scan which will normally be today or tomorrow.
If you are not already registered, call the GP and make sure you don't take no for an answer regarding being scanned (remember GPs aren't midwives so sometimes aren't as in tune with this kind of stuff).

Secondly, step away from the tests, or wait at least a week before retesting to confirm a loss, day to day is not accurate.

Finally I just wanted to add personal experience- during my first pregnancy I had a big bleed and my tests showed very faint lines from strong lines for almost a week- it turned out I'd lost a twin.

Hey Thankyou for your message, yeah I’m with a midwife but not until next week, I have rang the doctors just waiting for a call back.
yeah I’m staying calm well trying lol ah I’m sorry to hear that, I’m high risk of having twins aswell so that be a possiblity. I feel so ill like sickness and still all the signs but period pains aswell probs worst iv had the whole time iv known im pregnant. Just got to stay positive and hope for the best xx

Hhahha welcome to the weird club, they sort of feel tender and like bruised? when have shower the water hurts them and also washing with a sponge don't feel to good

I went to epu for my scan due to pains

Just found out I'm about 5 weeks pregnant so due around 13th December. I'm a grand old age of 37 eeekkk!

I hope you get seen today @Lauren0506 I found not knowing what direction things were going in to be the hardest part.

@Molly4689 thankyou just been to the doctors as I’m right behind so instead of waiting in a queue I went and she’s sent a message to the midwife to contact me I’m so bloody confused :-(

I don't think the pathways for early pregnancy are very good or well understood by GP's, 111 etc. but hopefully your midwife will understand and be able to get you booked in.

I have been trying to get through to my EPU for days as I have constant right sided pain I want checking out. My GP's advice was to cancel my booking app with one hospital and register with another to be able to access their EPU (they EPU answers the phone and he understood how things worked there but difficulties accessing the bigger women's hospital!).

Iv been crampy to and worring myself it’s something worse then just normal cramping after I had a missed miscarriage, not really feeling much here other then craps so abit worried but I am only 5 weeks xx

Im 5 weeks 6 days and after having my scan yesterday they did say cramping is very common at this stage, and as long as not bleeding shouldn't be any concerns, not easy for us though when we worry after losses

Hi ladies, just catching up now. I’m also in the sore boobs club, I call them lava rocks as they’re so hot and lumpy!

I’m 3+4, found out yesterday and have made my midwife booking appt as they’re only at my GPs 1 day a week, so booked for the 9th May. In two minds about an early scan, I really want one but I had a bad experience with my missed miscarriage when heybaby tried to tell me my dates were wrong. Clearly the pregnancy had stopped growing around 6 weeks and I was 9 at the time of the scan. I phoned my hospital but they wouldn’t accept the private scan as diagnostic so it was basically £75 down the drain and 2 weeks of waiting. @Sheth86 I’m 37 in October so not far behind, is it your first? @Lauren0506 sorry to hear you’re worried, hopefully you get some support soon!

@T4Opal no this will be my second, I have a ten year old soon, so a huge age gap but think it will be nice xx how about you?

I totally get it with my MC I didn't have any symptoms, This I have had cramps, struggling to walk, constant fatigue and just don't feel like I want to do anything.

We just have to try and stay positive and take each day as it comes right now

I have cramps and no energy. Also really hot on a night in bed so I'm not sleeping well also vivid nightmares. I got my 3+ today on clearblue I wasn't going to do one but after 2 bad nightmares I had to.

The nightmare dreams are crazy i have had 2 so far where they have involved me bleeding the deff not nice, I much prefer my sexier vivid dreams but was saying to my husband why am I having sexy dreams but haven't actually wanted sex, tmi last time we dtd was 14th march oops

Yay for the 3+ it is nice seeing that unfortunately I thought it lasted on the test but it vanished after 24 hours 😥

Had to take 2 hour nap today was just to exhausted

@UnicornPrincessSarah we also haven’t DTD since conceiving but it’s not through lack of want - last two MCs there was bleeding and we’re both paranoid and want to make sure everything is fine before doing anything!

I totally get being worried to after a loss

I'm the other way my sexier vivid dreams end up with DH being woken up at all hoirs of the night.
My bad dreams were heavy bleeding aswell it was horrible I woke up and had to check.
I'm starting to feel exhausted and I haven't had a solid bowel movement in about a week and gas pain isn't fun.
Are your nipples still erect? Mine won't seem to go down at the moment.

I am anxious for my scan monday. I'm not sure what to expect.

They are still erect but sometimes go down for like 1 or 2 mins lol but slight touch they erect again lol

How far are you Monday for your scan?

Still very tired today and had another nap, also had a headache today and head pressure.
