Anyone else tested super early and due December 2024? This is my 2nd pregnancy after a mmc 2 days after my 12 week scan in December and actual miscarriage in January.

Hoping this will be the 1 that sticks and is healthy. Think my due date is Dec 3rd

Hi all, unfortunately my scan showed no heartbeat and a partial molar pregnancy so was booked for a surgical management for this morning and my hcg levels have to be monitored on a weekly basis till they drop below 5 (currently 160000) as this can turn cancerous.
Good luck with all of your pregnancies

Oh I'm so sorry, take it easy and be kind to urself xxx

justpeachy1234 · 24/04/2024 08:16

@Sheth86

Lovely to hear a positive story.
How much bleeding did you have?
I had some when I wiped last night about 19:30. Since Iv not really had any. A slight tinge when I wiped this morning.
I took a test this morning which said pregnant 1-2 weeks. I think I should be 5 weeks today so I don't think my levels are high enough.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I bleed more

@Sheth86

I guess only time will tell. After TTC #2 for nearly 18 months, I was soo excited to be pregnant! 😏

I feel quite nauseous today, but I'm not sure if it's just nervous energy.

I am so sorry to hear this, I have experienced this before and I really sympathise. I’ll be thinking of you x

Wise0wl · 24/04/2024 11:27

@NphysT I am so, so sorry for your loss. I hope surgery goes smoothly and that you have support around you ❤️

KaliJones · 25/04/2024 11:19

Anyone have any advice on how to cope with sickness? I’m 8+3 and the nausea the past few days is unbearable, I’ve only threw up a couple of times but I can’t eat, my stomach is churning. This is my third but I never had nausea or vomiting with the previous two, so it’s completely new to me. I start a new job tomorrow (they don’t know I’m pregnant) 😭

Wise0wl · 25/04/2024 11:31

@KaliJones I have to eat before I get hungry, and am reliant on small portions of mostly beige food - crackers and granola bars and biscuits. It’s not the healthy nutritious diet I’d hoped for, but necessary! Good luck for your new job. Are you able to work from home at all?

Wise0wl · 25/04/2024 11:32

@UnicornPrincessSarah haven’t heard from you in a while, hope everything is ok? X

Gemrar · 25/04/2024 12:58

@KaliJones i thought it was just me that has nausea but only been sick a few times. Seems I don’t like food now either 😩

need all the help as I’m feeling dizzy as I’m of eating enough

Sadly not - I’ll be working in a cafe so on my feet all day with food smells 😥 I just hope it goes soon

Wise0wl · 25/04/2024 14:05

@KaliJones oh god you’re a stronger woman than I am to manage a day in a cafe! I also find the thought of food worse than the actual food so I hope maybe when you’re there it won’t be so bad…?! Fingers crossed!

TamsynR · 25/04/2024 15:07

@KaliJones I'm 8 weeks and eating anything vaguely exciting is hit and miss. I’ve found that eating big meals after about 5pm makes me feel very nauseous, so have been trying to have double breakfast and lunch, and then a few snacks otherwise. Really looking forward to being rid of this symptom!

MaybeWeShouldGoToEastbourne · 25/04/2024 15:19

I’m 9w today and the nausea has well and truly hit. Craving watermelon and ice cold Diet Coke - the thought of anything else makes me feel worse

I also find I’m starving hungry in the morning but then less hungry in the evening, which is odd because I’ve always been someone who doesn’t need breakfast, has a small lunch and then a large dinner

A bit alarmed by how much weight I’ve put on already considering I’m only 9w (5kg)
I’ll be a whale by the time the baby comes at this rate!

UnicornPrincessSarah · 25/04/2024 20:03

Hi @Wise0wl

Haven't been active on here much but active in the WhatsApp group. I'm all good thank you had my 8 week scan yesterday and saw baby and a heartbeat 163

How are you?

Wise0wl · 25/04/2024 20:41

@UnicornPrincessSarah ah great news! I’m ok, had a scan Weds which looked on track. I’ll consider joining the WhatsApp when I’ve got past 12 weeks 🤞💕

I am starving in a morning too, and super nauseous 😩 I am also eating tonnes!

Weight gain wise - try not to worry, in my first pregnancy I was very similar and put on loads in the first trimester, but it really slowed down after 12 weeks. :) I think because these awful symptoms (hopefully!) go away and we eat more normally and have more energy? I’m hoping it’s this way for me again this time, as I am saying for a family of 8!

Hayz2020 · 28/04/2024 16:32

Hello,

Can I join please? 2nd baby due in December around the 15th!
currently 7 weeks pregnant.
had disgusting never ending nausea since week 5, needing some moral support/shared stories, finding it so difficult to function feeling like this!
I have a nearly 3 year old who I feel so bad on because mummy went from active and always playing, to resorting to lots of tv time, always laying down and spending most of the time with daddy.
hows everyone else feeling?
I know getting through to that scan will make it all worth it <3

Wise0wl · 28/04/2024 18:38

@Hayz2020 welcome, congratulations and sorry you’ve been so sick! I’ve had waves of nausea and exhaustion and also have resorted to lots of tv time with my 3yo, but I’m hoping that everything will look ok on scans coming up and the sickness eases! Have you got a date through for your scan?

KaliJones · 29/04/2024 13:22

Had a scan today, measuring perfectly and got to see the little heartbeat! I’m so so happy and feel much calmer and like I can start to be excited now 🥰

milkyway94 · 29/04/2024 21:32

Found it really reassuring to read all your posts about your pregnancies! I'm 4+6 with my 1st and have been struggling with cramps and loose bowels for a couple of weeks now (I thought it was food poisoning at first!) I feel like I have a massive hangover every day except I haven't been sick - not sure if this is just because I'm still quite early on, but I feel so ill already I don't know if I could handle being sick on top of everything! Already had to take a few days off work and napping every day but still tired all the time.

Is anyone else deciding not to have an early scan? Talked to my partner about it and unless it's specifically recommended I don't think we will have one because I want to wait until the 12 week mark before we tell anyone anyway. Not sure if we'll be able to keep the secret though. I have my 30th birthday celebration this weekend and having to hide that I'm not drinking will be a struggle!!

sorry you're feeling so rubbish! I can definitely relate. I'm also hoping the second trimester comes around fast so this feeling is finally over

Orelinde · 30/04/2024 14:17

Hello, please can I join this thread?
I'm 6 weeks + 5 days with my first planned pregnancy and had my early scan today: it is not ectopic (a real fear for me) and we saw a tiny heartbeat!! Incredibly excited to be hopefully having a Christmas Baby!

Also, thank you for those who posted about discharge; I had a small amount of brown discharge over the weekend and was very worried by it, it was so helpful to read that others had had similar (even fresh blood) and all was well. Such a relief to get over this first hurdle!

chloefjox · 30/04/2024 16:32

Hello lovely ladies, I have just found out I'm pregnant with my first! Going by my dates from last period I will be due 18th December! Excited to chat to you all
